Capital Heating & Cooling put a new AC unit in my home for me. They came on time, knew what they were doing and they put the item in and tested it and I haven't had any problems since. the staff was professional and polite and the unit has been working for me with no problems what so ever. This experience with them has been the nightmare that you hope never happens when you hire someone to fix something that you know very little about. The tech came out and did a 30 min repair job replacing a part that costs around $150. The charge to me was over $700. That would mean the tech was getting paid over $1000.00 an hour to do this simple task. Yes he came out and put booties on his feet and was very friendly. At that rate of pay I'd be friendly to. They did what they needed to do and the furnace is still running. The technician actually came an hour early, which worked out perfectly. They are professional. more

After having a problem with my furnace, I looked up Capital Heating and Cooling on Angie's List. They had a promotion. I'm glad they did! They have had excellent service and reasonable rates, as well. I have used them over a year now for both my furnace and air conditioner. I liked how the service men told me what was wrong, what it would take to replace parts, costs, etc. Very good company! more

The tech that came to our home was top rate. It was raining and he started by putting booties over his shoes. This small act set the pace for everything that followed! We have an old furnace -- going on 25 years and it really needs to be replaced. That being said, I drive everything until it fails. Regular maintenance helps it continue to heat our home. The tech went through a thorough check. This included testing the gases it is emitting in the exhaust. He explained everything about the check after the tune up. I recommend Capital Heating & Cooling more

After many satisfactory years with another company, we gave CHC a try. No regrets. Clayton (service person) was efficient, informed, courteous, and thorough. His attention to detail went beyond my highest expectations, calling attention to a potential recall hazard with some unrelated equipment. The overall experience with CHC was outstanding, including scheduling, advance contact before arrival, and quality control contact after service was completed. Deena (Hope I have the name right) manages the office calls with courtesy and good cheer. We expect to continue service with them in the future. more

From the service technician to the install crews, Capital Heating did a great job replacing my furnace/AC unit. My furnace died on a Thursday night. I called Capital Heating at 10am, they were on-site at 11am, had a new furnace installed by 5pm that evening. On Tuesday they finished the remaining AC work. Thanks for the quick response and fair price. more

Frank did a fantastic job with the duct cleaning service. It was obvious he takes pride in his work. He was very professional and took care in prepping to make sure my floors and trim were protected from the hose. He also took before and after pics of the duct and shared with me. I would highly recommend this service after seeing the difference. more

Called with a furnace issue, Abby had the tech out ASAP - she was awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough and immediately found the problem, offered options for repair vs. replacement. Showed us the bad part that had been removed, explained the problem, asked if we had any questions or needed us to look at anything else. A+++ Service! more

Very responsive. From the staff in the office to the technicians. They explain all charges and get a technician out promptly. They help explain everything and when they had to come out a second time after an after hours call, they did not charge since they couldn't fix the problem - although they knew it was my new thermostat that I had to replace.
