Can't say enough - they are great! 10/26/2016

I have been with Budget Transmission Center for a while now, and every time I have used them, they have done a great job. This last time, I had a transmission that was giving me trouble, and they were the only shop that would work with me. Everyone else wanted to just take it out and replace it. Budget Transmission repaired it, no problem, and I am still using that car today. Other shops sometimes can give off an attitude when it comes to customer service, but not Budget. In fact, when I walk in there, I am treated like family. The owner is in quite often, and he really is a quality type of guy. He makes sure things get handled in accordance with what the customer wants and expects. They are fair priced and very honest & straightforward about the charges also. And if I have any concerns or problems at all, they have no issues looking into it for me. Some places roll their eyes, say whatever, only to brush it off. Budget will at least look into it and offer suggestions. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service and I can be confident that my car is fixed right! I highly recommend them! more

Terrible job 10/19/2016

I would not recommend Budget Transmission Center. I paid $3000 to have a new transmission put in my car and now it is bad again. They gave me a 1 year warranty and it has been 1 year and 1 month only. A new transmission should last a lot longer than that. I will never go there again. more

Budget Transmission Center has good customer service. They kept me informed of how long the car was going to be in the shop and what was wrong with it and what they were going to do to fix it. I was very satisfied, they were very nice. more

Budget Transmission Center doesn't steer you wrong. They do a remarkable job analyzing and servicing the car, and they are very good and down to earth. My wife brought her 2008 Toyota Sienna mini van to them and they changed fluids and a transmission gasket--and everything turned out perfectly. They are very professional. more

I Had A Positive Experience 9/8/2016

Budget Transmission Center rebuilt the entire transmission and tork converter for my 2001 Civic. Initially my car was dead in the driveway and they had unbeatable prices for their towing service. This company was really accommodating and kept me updated throughout the process. Lastly, one day I was in the area and I had to stop in and thank them once again for the wonderful job they did. more

I recently bought a new transmission for my car from Budget Transmission Center. It cost me 2800 dollars which I thought was a bit steep. The transmission is running well at the moment, but there are a few minor things that are not working smoothly so I will to go back to them soon. I am unable to check the transmission on my car as I don't have a clue, meaning I have to go to the shop to see if it is working properly. I would recommend them highly though; if you need a new transmission this is where you want to go! more

Good overall 8/10/2016

I feel like the guys over at Budget Transmission Center are really good. They really know what they are doing and they took really good care of my car. There was one thing that I asked them to do that they never did, which was they did not look at my air conditioning system. Other than that though they did a really excellent job and my car has definitely been running a whole lot smoother. I would definitely recommend this place. more

I would recommend them! 7/25/2016

I recently bought a new transmission for my car from Budget Transmission Center. It cost me 2800 dollars which I thought was a bit steep. They fixed my transmission and I haven't had any problems with it since. 7/15/2016

Budget Transmission Center fixed my transmission and they did a good job. They fixed the issue that it was having and so far it seems to be working fine, I haven't had a problem with it again. This is the first time I've used them and I think I would go back if I needed to fix something like this again. more

Bad service 7/6/2016

I have to say that the people over at Budget Transmission Center gave really bad service to me. I was having problems with my transmission and I took it to these guys, but the guy there could not fix it and he still charged me for the work that he did. Because he could not fix it I had to sell my car and all because he could not fix it after he said he could. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go here. more

They did a good job 6/22/2016

I have to start out by saying that the guys over at Budget Transmission Center did a really good job when they worked on my transmission. I do not know too much about transmissions but my car was having some serious problems before I took it in here. After they were finished working on it my car ran like it was brand new. I was amazed with how quickly they were able to get the work done as well. They did great work at a great price so it was definitely a five star experience. more

Great work at a great price 6/21/2016

I am really happy that I went to the guys over at Budget Transmission Center because they took really good care of my car. I was in a little bit of a pinch and these guys were able to get the work done for me at a really great price. Not only was it a really great price but they were able to get the job done quickly without sacrificing any quality whatsoever. They really did some great work and I could not be happier. If you are looking for a great mechanic who does not charge you an arm and a leg, look no further, you have found one! more

Very helpful 6/8/2016

What I really liked about the guys over at Budget Transmission Center is that they are very nice to work with. I ended up not having them do the work because my problem was covered under a warranty, but I had taken my car to them before I knew that. They were very helpful and accommodating, and they even took in my car and gave me an estimate and told me what exactly was wrong. I would recommend them on this high level of service alone, and the next time I have a car problem that is not covered under a warranty I will definitely be coming here! more

They are really good 5/31/2016

I just have to start out by saying that the guys over at Budget Transmission Center are really really good. They always do really great work for us and they do it at an equally great price. They have really quick turnaround times which is really convenient in that we are not without a car for too long. We are always very happy with how things turn out when we go here and so we will continue to do so! Definitely would recommend them because they are a shop you can trust to get the job done and to get it done right! more

They could not fix it 5/26/2016

I had the guys over at Budget Transmission Center do some work for me but I will probably never go back to them again. My transmission was leaking and I took it to these guys and even after they pulled my transmission out three times it was still leaking! I took it back to them multiple times and they just could not fix it. I got no satisfaction in dealing with them and eventually had to take my car elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend them. more

Still having issues, but they are helpful. 5/18/2016

I took my car in to Budget Transmission Center because it was having a problem, specifically when it was shifting into different gears it seems to go into safe mode. The people at Budget were very helpful and friendly, they seemed very knowledgeable. It's hard for me to say if I would recommend them, because I am still having the problem and need to bring it back in to them. But they were very good as far as I can tell. more

They were efficient and quick. 5/5/2016

Budget Transmission Center was just fine. They did a good job and they gave us a good price there at the end. In the beginning it seemed like it was going to take longer to get the car fixed but they ended up doing the work really quickly, so I think they were good and efficient. I haven't had any problems since the repairs, so I don't have any complains, everything was fine. more
