I have been with Budget Transmission Center for a while now, and every time I have used them, they have done a great job. This last time, I had a transmission that was giving me trouble, and they were the only shop that would work with me. Everyone else wanted to just take it out and replace it. Budget Transmission repaired it, no problem, and I am still using that car today. Other shops sometimes can give off an attitude when it comes to customer service, but not Budget. In fact, when I walk in there, I am treated like family. The owner is in quite often, and he really is a quality type of guy. He makes sure things get handled in accordance with what the customer wants and expects. They are fair priced and very honest & straightforward about the charges also. And if I have any concerns or problems at all, they have no issues looking into it for me. Some places roll their eyes, say whatever, only to brush it off. Budget will at least look into it and offer suggestions. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service and I can be confident that my car is fixed right! I highly recommend them!
