Phenomenal Work But They Take In More Than They Can Handle 4/21/2017

I've taken three cars to Budget Transmission. The work they do is great! Once my car is done, I never have to take it back. On my most recent service, I had some issues with scheduling. I was told they'd start the work right away, however the work didn't start for an entire week. In total, I was out of my car for two weeks. I would take my car here again because I trust their work. I had a positive experience. Budget Transmission Center rebuilt the entire transmission and tork converter for my 2001 Civic. Initially my car was dead in the driveway and they had unbeatable prices for their towing service. This company was really accommodating and kept me updated throughout the process. Lastly, one day I was in the area and I had to stop in and thank them once again for the wonderful job they did. more

GREAT SERVICE 4/18/2017

I took my Ford F150 to Budget Transmission Center. They replaced the transmission. Everyone there was great. They got my truck in and out quickly and did a terrific job on it. They were easy to talk to and communicate with and very helpful. I would take my truck there again. I will also recommend them to friends. I had an internet coupon which made the already good price even better. more

I had Budget Transmission Center replace the transmission in my car. They did a good job. I thought the price was very expensive but it was competitive with other companies that do the transmissions. I would take my car there again and I will recommend them to other people. more

The receptionist is also really cool, I like her a lot. I feel like everyone at Budget Transmission Center really look out for their customers. When I was having trouble with my car transmission, I contacted Budget Transmission Center. They were really good! The pricing was reasonable. I liked how friendly they were and that they offered good customer service. Now my car is running perfectly! Overall, excellent! more

Budget transmission is by far the best experience I've had with a shop. I'm on my third car right now. Always had German cars therefore always expensive to fix. I currently have a 2007 335xi. Yes a bmw. Yes it has two turbo's. My car needed a clutch flywheel front driveshaft plus a few other little things. Now I was maybe a little concerned considering it's a bmw and I usually I there or to other local shops where I know the owner. But unfortunately a tight budget forced me to look around and that's exactly what I did. I called budget transmission and they picked up my car with a tow truck that day (45 minutes from their location might I add). They looked at my car and within a few days told me everything that was wrong with my car and quoted me LESS THAN HALF of what bmw and a local shop was trying to charge. I have them the go ahead considering it was a no brainer and within 3 days the car was ready for pick up. They additionally stayed late for my convenience to pick up the car. After driving the car for over a month I would say I am well more than satisfied. Excellent service absolutely excellent price. Will continue to make the drive to bring this car and all my future cars here. As well as spreading the word to my family and friends who aren't as knowledgeable about cars and always getting screwed by shops and dealers. Thank you budget transmission you guys are in fact the best. more

They were very friendly with a nice atmosphere and effective work 3/14/2017

Budget Transmission Center rebuilt our transmission on a Chevy 2009 HHR--the one that looks like a vintage car. They promptly rebuilt and replaced it, and they did have us come back a week later so they could check it at no cost. They replaced the transmission about a year ago and it's running fine. The price seemed very good compared to other estimates we had, too. Even the dealer wanted twice as much as what Budget charged. more

Great service. 2/2/2017

This was my first experience with Budget Transmission. I took my mothers Jeep in to have the clutch replaced. I dealt with Ray, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that the pricing was very reasonable. I would go there again and also recommend them to my friends. more
