I have used Budget Transmission Center several times. They've always been very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the service performed. They did repairs on my wife's transmission and some other automotive repairs on both our vehicles. more

I had Budget Transmission Center replace the transmission in my car. They did a good job. I thought the price was very expensive but it was competitive with other companies that do the transmissions. I would take my car there again and I will recommend them to other people. more

Fine Job 7/11/2017

This was my first time using Budget Transmission Center, I think I found them from a google search. Something was wrong with my transmission so I went in to get it repaired. I think they did a good job but I ended up bringing my car back to the shop because I was getting some odd sounds coming from the engine. They assured me everything was fine and that it was normal. I'm writing to commend the great customer service I received from Sammy and his Team at Budget Transmission center of West Haven Ct. Sammy. Ray and Tammy are the most knowledgeable and courteous Customer service persons that I have ever met, and they should be commended for their dedication and passion for their jobs. I had a problem with my Transmission, and after they inspected the Transmission, they explained what I needed to rebuild my transmission. They also called me to explain that they found a worn mount which should be replaced. They are very concern about safety and is very meticulous on the work they performed on my Car. \r Thanks to Sammy and his Team of techs and workers .my 2002 Honda Accord now rides like a new vehicle, and when the Transmission shifts , it is very smooth now. I also was very satisfied with the low price they charged me. I'm also very impressed about all of the other services they do, such as brakes and a lot of auto and maintenance services. \r My wife and I are very satisfied with Budget Transmission Center , and the integrity of this repair center is impeccable , and I plan to keep my return loyalty forever, and we would very highly Recommend them to our relatives , friends and acquaintances. If you need any services done on Your Car, Budget Transmission Center is the place you can go to and get quality work, at a great low price. more

I think they did a great job! I hired them because I needed my alternator repaired. I reached out to several different companies, and they all said that my car would have to stay overnight to complete the alternator repair. Budget Transmission got the job done in about an hour and a half to two hours, which I was happily surprised about. I needed my car back as soon as possible, and I was shocked at how quickly they were able to complete the repair. They were reasonably priced as well. My car is running smoothly, and I'm very satisfied with how everything turned out. more

Budget Transmission Center took care of an issue with the brakes on one of my vehicles. The owner was very attentive, caring and understanding. Poor Experience 6/13/2017

I was not happy with their services. My car is running poorly after taking my car here, and there is an issue with the engine. I paid $2000 for them to look at my transmission, and they did not do the work they needed to do properly. My car broke down while I was driving it, and now I have my car parked because of how badly it runs. I am extremely displeased with this company, and I would not recommend them. I took my car there for a transmission oil change and they did a good job they even found out that the person who change my transmission oil did not do a good job they broke something off,and they see it and fix the problem.not only that they saw other problems and fix them too,so I would recommend budget transmission to everyone. more

GREAT SERVICE. I took my Ford F150 to Budget Transmission Center. They replaced the transmission. Everyone there was great. They got my truck in and out quickly and did a terrific job on it. They were easy to talk to and communicate with and very helpful. I would take my truck there again. I will also recommend them to friends. I had an internet coupon which made the already good price even better. more

This was my first experience with Budget Transmission. I took my mothers Jeep in to have the clutch replaced. I dealt with Ray, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that the pricing was very reasonable. I would go there again and also recommend them to my friends. more
