I’m writing this letter to commend the great customer service I received from Sammy and his Team at Budget Transmission center of West Haven Ct. Sammy. Ray and Tammy are the most knowledgeable and courteous Customer service persons that I have ever met, and they should be commended for their
dedication and passion for their jobs. I had a problem with my Transmission, and after they inspected the Transmission , they explained what I needed to rebuild my transmission . They also called me to explain that they found a worn mount which should be replaced. They are very concern about safety and is very meticulous on the work they performed on my Car.
Thanks to Sammy and his Team of techs and workers .my 2002 Honda Accord now rides like a new vehicle, and when the Transmission shifts , it is very smooth now. I also was very satisfied with the low price they charged me. I’m also very impressed about all of the other services they do, such as brakes and a lot of auto and maintenance services.
