I recently visited Bucci's to inquire about a customized engagement ring. Previously being someone who had a minimal knowledge of jewelry, Joe and his staff were able to explain in extreme detail the ins and outs of the entire process, what was involved, what my options were, etc. He was very patient and helpful in the introductory consultation, and was able to paint a vivid picture of exactly what was involved in the process. Because of my date/destination of choice in the proposal process, Joe was certainly under a time constraint. Throughout every step of the process, Joe and his staff went above and beyond any possible expectation I'd ever had. They worked tirelessly to make sure that every single aspect of my ring was absolutely flawless, and it truly was. I'd had an image in my head of how it would look when I picked it up, but the end result was more than I could've even hoped for. Great customer service 10/6/2010

We had a great experience at Bucci's. My fiance got my engagement ring there and they were as nice as could be. They custom made my ring using my great grandmother's stone and it came out amazing. I am told all the time how much it shines and how beautiful it is. We just purchased our wedding rings today and the experience could not have gone better. Joe Bucci gave great advice on how to match the wedding band to my engagement ring, as well as gave us a very fair price so that I could get my dream ring but stay within our budget. Everyone who works there is friendly and seems to just want the person who is buying and wearing the jewelry to truly be happy with their purchase. I am looking forward to picking up our wedding bands in a few weeks and to using Bucci Jewelers in the future for any of our jewelry needs. more

Amazing Jewelry 9/30/2010

I had received my mother's engagement ring when my husband and I got engaged. My husband decided to purchase an "engagement" ring from Joe at Bucci's Jewelry & Design for our first anniversary. The ring is everything that I could have asked for and more! Joe and his staff are incredibly helpful. He was considerate and respectful of our budget and he gives you the absolute best quality for your money. Joe is very patient and will let you take your time to make sure you get exactly what you want. Honest, Trustworthy and Beautiful Rings 9/17/2010

AWESOME experience! Joe is no nonsense and fair. He helped my fiance and I find our wedding bands with no problem. I got my fiance a very different antique style ring which was proving hard to find the perfect band for. Joe and his crew created a custom ring that looks amazing. On top of all this...he gave me a price estimate and when it came time to pay, there were no surprises. The price he quoted was the price I paid. Engagement Ring Time? Save a Lot of Time & Money - Go to Bucci's First! 9/9/2010

Like many guys, I didn't know the first thing about diamonds, engagement rings, etc. I went everywhere - jeweler's row in Philly, places in NJ, everywhere. Went to see the big radio advertisers and smaller shops. Sometimes I got the used car salesman pitch; other times I just couldn't find what I was looking for. Thank God I was referred to Joe Bucci by 2 different people in 2 different groups of friends. They said "you can't beat the experience." They were all 150% right.\r \r Joe makes you feel comfortable, and doesn't try and sell you the kitchen sink. From the beginning he was completely transparent on how he prices his jewelry, and most importantly, he listened instead of giving me a hard sell. I told him my budget, that I wanted a square cushion cut diamond, that my girlfriend wanted something ?unique and antique-looking,? and that I couldn?t find the setting that I pictured in my brain. I went to Joe Bucci for my engagement ring and could not be more pleased with the whole experience!! Everyone there was personable, courteous, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure I got the perfect ring!! No question went un-answered and no idea was shot down. Excellent service and piece of mind 8/18/2010

You can be rest assured that you can expect two things when shopping at Bucci's. One of them being to expect nothing but the highest quality jewelry and the other (most importantly) the best customer service around. I designed a custom engagement ring for my fiance being that no other jeweler had what I was specifically looking for. Joe convinced me that the ring would come out perfect and he executed the plan just as he had promised me. No words could ever elaborate just how well the precise craftsmanship and detailing came into play as he showed me the finished ring. It was more than beautiful. For some strange reason, the same loss for words I had the day the ring was done was coincidentally the same outcome of emotion for my fiance ;) I recommend anyone, having done research or not, to come to Bucci's and be completely impressed. "The" guy in Phila. for jewelry 8/17/2010

Bucci is my sister's jeweler so maybe she's biased and that made me a little biased of my opinion of him going into it. Then I went up to his place, met him, and he taught me everything about diamonds (since I have zero clue about them). Then I'm like, well he seems like a good person and I can trust him. When my ring was finished, I was floored. This was one of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen. He had to make it in gold since his original design was in silver, but he assured me it would look great and it did. The price was very reasonable, the delivery of the finished ring was quick, and the ring itself is so beautiful. Needless to say my fiance loved it. So after the proposal, someone asked me where I went for the ring. When I mentioned the word Bucci, the girl's face lit up because she knew a bunch of people that were recommended to use him. Bucci Jewelers helped me decide what would work with my budget and they hooked me up with a great price. Much better experience than going down to Jeweler's Row. The ring is amazing. I am so glad my fiance went to Joe Bucci for my engagement ring. He has been terrific to work with ever since. I stop by often to have it cleaned and he is always happy to oblige. I went to Joe looking for an engagement ring without a clue what I was doing. Joe spent a good 45 minutes with me showing me a handful of different diamonds and setting explaining each one. I had a set amount of money to spend and Joe worked with me to stay within my budget. I have been back to Joe for a diamond necklace as well, that is beautiful. I will not go anywhere else; Joe is a great guy and wonderful jeweler. more

A Big League Homerun! 7/27/2010

After my major league pitching career was over, I still needed the advice from my agent Eric Sobocinski. This time it wasn't for baseball. I needed the best diamond ring that money could buy. Eric sent me straight to Joe Bucci. My wife (not the best artist) made a sketch of her dream wedding ring...a cushion cut diamond with blue sapphires on each side. I was referred to Bucci Jewelers by three unrelated people who all have gone there for years to buy their jewelry. Joe was the most helpful and patient of any jeweler that we visited while we were looking for our wedding rings. He helped us pick out items that made sense with our lifestyles and looked great with my engagement ring. \r \r And the week before the wedding, he polished up all of my jewelry to look uber-sparkly for the wedding and even lent me a pair of beautiful earrings. Purchasing an engagement ring 7/3/2010

Over the past 4-5 years i have been to Bucci for some small jewelry purchases, and he has been great. Recently I went in to look for an engagement ring, and we decided to design a custom ring. Since I have very little experience with jewelry he and his staff were very helpful with designing and building a custom ring. Joe was very reasonable with the pricing considering how custom of a job he was doing. My fiance and I are very happy with the beautiful ring we purchased. I will absolutely go back there for future purchases and refer him and his staff to anyone I know that is interested in getting any jewelry. more
