I recently visited Bucci's to inquire about a customized engagement ring. Previously being someone who had a minimal knowledge of jewelry, Joe and his staff were able to explain in extreme detail the ins and outs of the entire process, what was involved, what my options were, etc. He was very patient and helpful in the introductory consultation, and was able to paint a vivid picture of exactly what was involved in the process. Because of my date/destination of choice in the proposal process, Joe was certainly under a time constraint. Throughout every step of the process, Joe and his staff went above and beyond any possible expectation I'd ever had. They worked tirelessly to make sure that every single aspect of my ring was absolutely flawless, and it truly was. I'd had an image in my head of how it would look when I picked it up, but the end result was more than I could've even hoped for.
