Engagement Ring Success! 7/24/2011

As my new fiance put it, "I didn't know what I wanted, but this is exactly it!" Joe Bucci worked with me for weeks finding the perfect diamond and helping me design a great setting. What made me feel best about working with Joe was his honesty (steering me-and all of his customers-away from "bad buys" that other jewelers push because of the high margin) and his responsiveness. Let's face it, an engagement ring is a big purchase! Joe always kept in touch and made sure that the ring was ready before we left for the trip where we got engaged. \r \r Another great thing about Bucci Jewelers is that they use high quality diamonds in all their pieces. My fiance's ring has diamonds around the band that sparkle! Where a lot of jewelers use dull, "junk" diamonds on bands and small pieces of jewelry, Joe uses quality stones--it makes a big difference! Bucci Jewelers has a customer for life in me; we're looking forward to seeing Joe to pick wedding bands before the big day. more

Joe bucci is the best! 7/23/2011

Joe made the process of buying an engagement ring easy and stress free. I was able to send him a picture of the ring my fiancé wanted and he worked within my budget to fashion exactly what she envisioned. I would recommend Joe to any one looking to buy quality jewerly at fair prices. When I went back to pick up the ring I knew that Joe wanted to make sure my fiancé was happy with his product and geninuenly wanted both of us to be happy. Great job Joe! more

Ecstatic over my ring! 7/16/2011

Bucci Jewelers was recommended to me by a friend after I made a fuss over her ring. Now I expect to have folks make a fuss over mine! I brought a diamond band to Joe with some ideas (and a picture) for a new setting. Joe said he could do it - and I have to say, he exceeded my expectations. The ring looks great and it is exactly what I was looking for. Joe was easy to work with and he really listened to my ideas, making recommendations to improve the overall look. He showed me what the ring would look like before making it, so I knew exactly what I was going to get. It was a great experience and I'm going to have him make me another ring now! more

I live in the midwest. I was interested in purchasing a very high quality pearl necklace with matching pearl earrings for my girl friend and was referred to Joe Bucci. I called Joe and explained what I was looking for and he got on it right away. Joe took care of everything I needed and the necklace and earrings are outstanding. I had the necklace and earrings appraised by an independent gemologist in my home town and they appraised out at more than double what I paid. I will definitely go back to Joe Bucci for my future jewelry needs! more

This is the place to go to "End" your diamond search.. I scoured the whole Philadelphia Area to find all the perfect intangibles a jeweler could offer.. I went everywhere... I mean everywhere... (downtown philly, jewelers row, internet, etc..) and finally found the right place.. I went to over 15 places and did my research.. \r \r The whole process gets very frustrating but Joe Bucci was the one who made it all happen.. The diamond ring I gave my girl is absolutely fabulous.. I couldn't of ask for better.....\r \r I had an antique setting and Joe had the perfect diamond to make this thing rock my girls world... \r \r She's still dancing around the house!\r \r Everything was perfect as far as price, customer treatment, making the old setting come back to life, etc.. etc... & no BS...\r \r I recommend this place to any guy taking the plunge! \r \r Thanks Joe for helping me tirelessly for this special time for us! \r \r Jason & Kim more

Before he would even show me the rings, he gave me a full education on the do's and don't of rings and diamonds since I knew NOTHING about it. He could have very well fed me a bunch of BS and tried to take advantage of my diamond ignorance but instead, he asked my desired price range and told me to ignore the "Three months salary" myth. He helped me pick out the perfect ring and even offered to produce a few other samples for me to consider. I ultimately went with his suggestion and my beautiful fiance couldn't be happier with it. I will definitely go back there for our wedding bands. Thanks Joe! You turned a nerve raking and stressful purchase into a comfortable and easy decision. Stay away from the mall chains and go to Bucci! more

Don't Waste Your Time Going Anywhere Else! 6/23/2011

I spent weeks shopping for an engagement ring a few months ago. I went to about 12 jewelers around the region and looked at over 100 diamonds. I was referred to Bucci's by multiple people, but was hesitant to stop because I thought he wouldn't be able to accommodate my small budget. I was wrong. Joe is a no B.S. type of guy, unlike a lot of jewelers. He lays it out from the start, showed me rings that were within my budget and not once did he try and up-sell me like all of the other stores. Joe spent time with me and designed a custom ring from the designs of three different rings that I liked in his showcase and was able to make it exactly the way he had drawn it out. My fiance is constantly getting compliments on her ring from complete strangers as well. For anyone who is looking for jewelry of any kind, don't hesitate, go see Joe and his awesome team. AMAZING experience!! 6/22/2011

I got engaged and within 8 weeks we planned a wedding. Thanks to Joe Bucci and his team, I had a beautiful custom made diamond wedding band created just for me in a very short period of time. I came all the way from Virginia to purchase an engagement ring from Joe Bucci, and it was well, well worth it. My roommate 10 years ago asked me to be his "wingman" during ring shopping, and he bought from Bucci after doing ALOT of research. The experience was so positive for him that I recommended 2 other friends over the past years, including my best man, and they all bought from Bucci. Finally it was my turn, and I knew that Bucci would be the only place for me. Unbelievably, after all these years, he actually remembered me when I walked into the store. Talk about unbelievable customer service! His price is unbeatable, his quality is tremendous, and he offers a straight forward, no-nonsense approach. Joe's quality & prices could not be beat (I did my research). Stay away from the over-price chain & mall jewelry stores, and the dirty stones from the online jewelry sites. If you value your hard earned $ then visit Joe for any jewelry needs. He was very patient with me, no pressure, and took the time to show me what I needed to consider & look for. When it was time to pull the trigger Joe was ready and came across a unique diamond that made an awesome engagement ring (larger than expected for my budget, and appraised for much more than what I paid). My family has been dealing with Bucci Jewelers for years. Joe and Dawn are extremely helpful. They have a great selection. They will make custom jewelry as well. Joe made a graduation ring for my daughter and it is really beautiful. If you are looking for a wedding ring, they have great diamonds. Custom sapphire engagement ring 4/28/2011

After spending almost a year trying to find a jeweler to make a somewhat different engagement ring, Joe saved the day. I wanted a ring that had significance or representation for our relationship and just walking into a store and pointing to any prefab diamond ring just did not seem to have any meaning. I decided on going with sapphires in our birthstone colors in a 3 stone setting. Joe found the perfect size purple sapphires in trillion cut with such an amazing shade (yes there is such a thing as a purple sapphire!!). I described my vision to Joe and he sketched it out right in front of me. He is amazing to work with and would recommend him to anyone. And the entire Bucci Jeweler group is incredibly easy to deal with. My ring exceeds what I expected and the price for a custom ring was far far less then we thought. Joe is currently working on my fiance's wedding band, also custom with the sapphires in a channel setting. Been telling everyone that will listen to visit Bucci. more

Bucci Shines in Atlanta 4/26/2011

Joe and his team exceeded all my expectations in the purchase of an engagement ring. Being in Atlanta I was a little concerned the distance would be an issue, but Joe sent me various mountings and diamonds to preview, all under his own shipping cost. He helped me to pick the perfect diamond and hand crafted a setting to my specifications. At no point did I feel pressured to buy. In fact, I was encouraged to shop around, because Joe was rightfully confident in his product and price. Joe and his team worked with me to nail down the perfect mounting and diamond within my budget and specification. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and the unique designs really sell themselves. Joe didn't try to tell me what I needed, but listened and gave honest recommendations. Bucci's is definitely worth a visit.\r \r Update:\r I returned to Joe for wedding bands and again he knocked it out of the park.
