Wouldn't go anywhere else 1/17/2010

My fiance purchased my engagement ring at Bucci's and I absolutely love it. I have had the ring for about 9 months and everyday i get many many compliments on it. We went back to look for wedding bands and again Joe was SO helpful. He will work with you to either find a ring he has or create a ring for your budget or even under the amount you give him. He has an obvious amazing talent. He was so helpful to my fiance who had no clue about diamonds when he went to pick out my ring. Amazing prices, will work with your budget, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly...Highly recommend Bucci's! more

An acquaintance referred me to Bucci Jewelers after he discovered I was on the hunt for the perfect engagement ring. After visiting numerous jewelers in the Phila area (on and around Jewelers' Row), I quickly realized that Mr. Bucci was an honest and knowledgeable jeweler. Within minutes of interacting with Mr. Bucci, I felt comfortable and knew that I was dealing with a professional who was looking out for my best interest. Mr. Bucci went so far as to take me outside so that I could observe the diamonds of interest in the natural sunlight. He educated me on what to look for in a diamond (color, clarity, cut), and was nothing but patient throughout the whole process. Without question, my fiancee and I are more than satisfied with the diamond/setting that we purchased at Bucci Jewelers. Elegance all the way! 1/9/2010

When my fiance hinted about starting to shop for engagement rings, the only thing I had to say was "go to Bucci's". I've seen his magnificant rings on other women and couldn't wait until my day finally came. When I opened up that box I was speechless. My ring is more than I could have imagined. I was searching for a good jeweler in the Philadelphia area and I was referred to Joe Bucci by others. I was impressed right away with his store and welcoming introductions. He was patient and listened to what my girlfriend (now fiancée) and I were searching for regarding an engagement ring. Joe designed a gorgeous (custom made) solitaire round stone ring on a platinum setting. He made himself available for me and called me periodically when he had stones arrived and requested me to come in and review them all. He's very helpful to educate me, and with Internet access to sites that specialize in diamonds, I validated his information. Joe's experience is hard to beat. My engagement ring is absolutely GORGEOUS! I am so proud to wear this high quality dimond and the setting is perfect. I am getting many compliments on my ring and some people are even coming right out and telling me they are jealous and why wouldn't they be? I must look at my ring hourly. Bucci's Jewelry & Design is one of a kind. My wife loves driving down from the Greater NYC area just to stop in and pay a visit to Joe and Dawn. They are very professional, and extremely courteous. I live in Orange County, California and my girlfriend and now fiancé, is working thousands of miles away at Notre Dame. She has very particular taste when it comes to jewelry so the whole process of finding an engagement ring was a bit overwhelming. I spent a lot of time educating myself on diamonds and we both searched countless jewelry stores and websites for something unique and just couldn?t find something we were both totally sold on. Joe Bucci came highly recommended to us by a friend who was recently married. We were looking for our wedding bands & were on a tight budget since we were paying for our wedding. We went in on Halloween early evening not knowing he was closing early, but he took all of his jewelry out that he had just packed up & helped us find exactly what we were looking for & within our budget. He was in direct communication with me through the whole process of making my ring. Yes, he customized the wedding band that I wanted & it is absolutely beautiful! Joe Bucci is, with out a doubt, the best jeweler!! He did my amazing engagement rind and then later designed a spectacular wedding band!! I loved it so much five years later that I had him recreate the exact same thing for the other side of my engagement ring!! He is so easy to work with and he will exceed your expectations each and every time!! Even though I am from out of state, I will never ever go to another jeweler besides Bucci Jewelers . . . he is THAT good!!!! more

Best Jeweler Around 10/24/2009

Joe Bucci provides great service with high quality merchandise at very affordable prices. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Joe and he made me feel very comfortable, unlike most jewelry stores who push you to make a purchase and fail to establish a customer/client relationship; Joe was completely the opposite. He was very patient with me and he made sure I was happy with my purchase. I have been to several jewelry stores whether small town or high end franchises and Bucci Jewelers definitely rank amongst the best. more

Great find! 10/1/2009

A chain jeweler in Delaware dropped the ball days before my wedding. Joe was able to provide a more superior band over what I had previously ordered, and in an extremely tight time frame. After taking the drive from Delaware, I have to say if excellent customer service, follow through, a superb product, and individualized attention are what you are seeking; Bucci's is well worth the extra travel time. I don't think I'll be shopping at any of the local chain jewelers again. more
