I'm not usually one to write any kind of reviews, but this was such a great experience I had to give Joe and his team the credit they deserve! I recently purchased a custom engagement ring from Joe. When I walked into his store I just had an idea of what I envisioned. I didn't have any print outs or pictures from magazines. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in terms of style and price point and created a truly magnificent, one of a kind ring. My fiance absolutely loves it and gets compliments even from strangers. His customer service, knowledge, patience and attention to detail far surpassed my expectations! These reviews are spot on. If you are looking for unparalleled customer service, a laid back atmosphere, quality jewelry at affordable prices, then Bucci is the place! My fiance and I will be returning in the near future for wedding bands. I have already recommended Joe to friends and family and will continue to do so. I can't say enough positive things!!! more

We have so many jewelry stores in Boca Raton, Florida, but I always visit and buy from Joe Bucci when I am in the Philadlphia area or just by calling him. The staff is great and friendly, Joe is a great designer and the quality of the stones and workmanship is superb!. Everything that I have had made by Joe Bucci is wonderful and I have never been disappointed. more

I have been to a number of jewelers on Sansom Street in Philadelphia and the Diamond District in New York City. However, none of those other jewelers can compare with the care, quality and price that Joe Bucci has given to me, my family and friends for all of our diamond and jewelry needs. A good friend of mine was married 8 years ago. He used Bucci jewelers for his engagement ring and watches for the groomsmen. I picked up those watches for him from Joe. I walked in 8 years later for my own engagement ring – Joe remembered me from my friend’s wedding.\r \r I presented Joe with a print-out of a ring that my girlfriend found on the internet. He reviewed the current diamonds that he had available in my price range. A week later, Joe had the ring created and ready for me.\r \r My proposal went so well, she said yes before I had a chance to say will you marry me! Note to other guys who are planning to propose – don’t open the ring box until you get your entire proposal out! As soon as she saw the ring, she was screaming yes and jumping and crying.\r \r Thank you Joe, for making everything perfect for us. She stares at it every day and marvels at its beauty. more

Customer Service A+!! 12/16/2010

We went into Bucci Jewelers two years ago because friends recommended it. My wife had a family ring that needed to be overhauled. We spoke personally with Joe Bucci. He was VERY cooperative with us as we looked over catalogues to find a setting to match. (The original was about 45 years old!) He painstakingly took her old beat up ring and made it look dazzlingly new! SHE LOVED IT!! (And the price was incredibly reasonable!) This year we had to have it sized because she had lost weight... and again the same great service at a great price. If you need work done on some precious piece of jewelry, Bucci's is the place to go! Thank you Joe and all of the staff there! more

Repeat Customer! 12/16/2010

Whenever I hear anyone wanting to shop, get engaged or simply buy their loved one a piece of jewelry, I tell them "Bucci Jewelry and Design Studio" is the place the to go. I have bought necklaces, pendants, earrings, and a engagement and wedding band all from Joe, and have always been happy with everything I bought (especially my wife!!). I have sent at least a dozen people to Joe over the years and everyone has thanked me for introducing me to Joe and his staff and everyone has become a repeat customer like myself. There is only one stop for all of my jewelry needs....and it's "Bucci Jewelry and Design Studio"!! more

I Found The One! 12/15/2010

After visiting four other jewelers, I was searching around on the web and came across Joe Bucci's. I was impressed with the reviews as well as the "Best of Philly 2010" award he had won. \r \r What a great experience it turned out to be! The first time I stopped by, I was let in by Andy, one of the staff. Andy spent about 30 minutes with me and we came up with the perfect idea for my wife. I found out later that I had showed up 45 minutes before they even open. That, my friends, is customer service! Also, Joe would personally call me to let me know stones were in for me to look at for the piece. He also had no problem in getting other stones for me to compare them to. Joe and his staff have my highest regard. I am thankful that I will never have to look for the right place to buy jewelry again! more

I came in with an idea of what my girlfriend wanted for an engagement ring and Joe made it happen. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I must say that Bucci jewlers are hands down, the most professional, and knowledgeable group of people I have met in this business. I have made several purchases of gold pendants and diamonds over the years for my four daughters during different holidays. I have never had a bad experience with Joe Bucci.Most importantly, I have taken some of my purchases to other jewlers to check the value of my purchases and have never been disappointed! I just recently purchased an engagement ring and I couldn't be happier! Joe took as much time as I needed with what made me extremely happy, before the purchase was made. I can't imagine her not passing out when she sees this!! Awesome craftmanship Joe!! I'm jealous that I can't wear it!! He is a true artist in the business and a sincerely honest man as well!! Don't waste your time anywhere else! Its too important to have your jewlery nothing less than 100% perfect!! Going back for the wedding bands next. I know what you're thinking, what if she says more

Great Service! 12/2/2010

I went to Bucci's to see if I could get my ring re-sized. They were extremely nice and very accommadating. We didn't buy my engagement ring from Bucci's, but after the experience I had I don't think that I would take my ring to anyone else for anything. Because we had such a great experience we are going to go to Bucci to get our wedding bands. They were able to size my ring the day I brought it in to the store. Other stores told me it would take a min of a week. They completed it in 45 mins and let me watch them re-size the ring! There prices were very affordable as well. more

I went to Bucci's to fix a loose stone on my engagement ring and have my wedding band repaired. They were able to fix the prongs and replace the missing diamond that day -- we came back after 1/2 hour and everything was done perfectly. more

I met Joe after already recieving my ring from my fiancee and as soon as I met him I knew exactly why my fiancee chose to do business with him. Professionalism. Joe instantly knew who I was as soon as I mentioned my fiancee's name that says alot considering how many thousands of customers Bucci Jewelers has. He was very thorough and extremely personable. My ring is everything I could have dreamed of and more! I can't wait to see what Joe comes up with for my wedding band! more

Amazing work!! 11/26/2010

I went to Joe with an idea to change my engagement diamond into a custom mother's ring. By asking a few questions and showing me a few designs, he came up with something completely different than what I went in wanting. I let him go with his idea, trusting it would be great. And it was even better than I could have imagined! I would recommend his work to everyone...my ring is amazing and I will definitely go back to Joe!! more

Best in town! 11/10/2010

My Fiance and I went into Bucci Jewelers today to look for a wedding band. My engagement ring is unique and has been passed down from his grandmother. I was unable to find anything anywhere else that would match. We came in and Joe pulled out a few rings but there was one that I absolutely LOVE! He is making a similar ring for me that he had in his show case. Bucci Jewelers has the most beautiful jewelry that I have ever seen! I will go back to him for every new piece of jewelry from now on!!! more

Class act all around 10/22/2010

Joe Bucci is a class act. He is very easy to deal with and always works with your schedule. He designed my fiance's ring from scratch - we went in with an idea of what we wanted, and he worked with us to create something unique and one of a kind while keeping us in our price range. We initially went to Jared, but after hearing a referral from friends, decided to give Joe a try. We were not disappointed. And on top of that, he really helps educate you during the whole process. He is currently working on our wedding bands. more

For those who don?t know, Bucci Jewelers, slogan is: "If you can dream it?we can make it!" Bucci Jewelers actions far surpass their words. I first met Joe, clueless and was somewhat sure as to what I wanted. Joe was not only able to determine exactly what I was looking for but also, through his personal one on one interaction with me was able to determine what I did not want. The decision was easy because I trusted Joe to design the perfect ring to surprise my now fiancée with. Joe walked me through start to finish and even asked me if I needed help picking flowers out for the special night, which is a testament showing how he goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Joe to all of my family and friends and hope you give Joe the opportunity to make your dreams come true also! more

Great place! 10/8/2010

I recently went into Bucci Jewelers to have some customization done to my wedding band. I was unhappy with my current wedding band (which was NOT purchased at Bucci's) and Joe took the time to listen and offer his advice on what options I had. I wanted a wider ring and Joe and his team were able to re-set my existing diamonds onto a new wider ring. The end result is perfect and I will only go to Joe from this point on! more
