Joe Bucci is an amazing jeweler!! I came from Chicago, IL to his store to look at wedding bands. He helped me figure out what I wanted and what would match my engagement ring. The next day he called to say that he had a sample for me to look at. IT WAS PERFECT!! He is a wonderful designer with great prices and beautiful jewelry. Joe Bucci was so sweet and helpful to me, he treats all his customers with the same respect kindness. He is knowledgeable, talented and efficient. No matter where you live you should buy all your jewelry from Joe Bucci!! I know I will!! I love you Joe!!!! more

WOW !!! where do I start......I Love Joe Bucci !!!!! He is the ultimate hands on business owner....from start to finish ..... my son & soon to be daughter in law were here for the weekend from Chicago & we went to see Joe about making wedding bands out of my old wedding rings.....Our first visit was on Friday.....on Saturday he called to tell us to stop by & look at what he had made.......it was exactly what they wanted but didn't know it when they walked in less then 24 hours before.....Joe's passion for designing & for his customers is something you don't find everyday....he is a true "gem" .......& really...........I Love Joe Bucci more

Engagement Ring 1/6/2012

First off, Joe I?m sorry for the VERY late review.\r \r I came to Joe after visiting every other store in the area. They were all basically the same, pick a ring and have the diamond set. Some of the people were nice and knowledgeable, some were complete jerks, but they all felt like buying a car or gym membership. I wanted a custom ring that had parts of other rings and not be like anyone else?s ring. With Joe it felt like he was High School buddy that was taking care of me. You will NOT find better service.\r \r I was given my grandmother?s diamond ring from my step mother and father. I brought in the diamond and some photos of what I wanted. Joe took the time to show me several options and I left with some ideas.\r \r Several months go by, we planned to get engaged in December or early 2012, so there was no rush. Then I found out, 3 weeks prior that my then GF, now Fiancé? was given a trip to Europe for 8 days, airfare, transfers, and a 7 day cruise on the Splendida (Yacht more

Bucci's it definitely the place to go to get anything from earrings to engagement rings. He doesn't use anything but top quality and everything in there looks so unique. Joe doesn't let you walk out the door unless you are super happy! I went in to get my ring resized and when I went to pick it up I was sure he wouldn't let me in because he was closing up, but he let me in. When he pulled my ring out it looked more gorgeous than the day I got it! It was so shiney and sparkling! Thank you Joe! I can't wait to come by again for another piece :) more

Joe and his staff went above and beyond to help me select exactly the ring I wanted and I didn't get any of the cheesy sales tactics that every other jeweler I went to tried to do. Once I selected my ring I needed to get it mounted quickly so I could pop the question - Joe had it done for me in no time even though I gave him short turnaround time to do so. Joe is the best and if you go anywhere else you went to wrong place. more

Bucci Jewelry is the best around. The staff is great, helping you through all aspects of the buying process. The merchandise is beautiful, and if you don?t see what you want, they can create it for you. Joe, the owner, is awesome. He always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy, and well taken care of. He will help guide the uneducated buyers, walking them through the selecting of the perfect combination of stone and setting to make an amazing finished piece, as he did for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality jewelry at great price. more

Amazing 12/13/2011

So in November of this year, I decided to pop the "QUESTION", after talking to jewlers from all over the Philadelphia area. I was referred to Joe by a few friends of mine. I went there with not a clue in the world of how to pick a diamond or choose a ring. Joe took his time with me and discussed all the different options. He guided me to options within my budget and took the stress out of the entire situation. After choosing a diamond and a setting, Joe said "itll be eady in 2 weeks." Sure enough 2 weeks from the day I recieved a call and it was all ready. I go to the shop that eveing and was absolutely blown away by the ring and how amazing it looked. I took it home that night and popped the question. She said yes, by the way and we have heard nothing but compliments on how beautiful the ring is since te second she had it on her finger. Joe thanks again and I look forward to coming back there soon. I wuld highly reccomend Bucci Jewelers to anyone looking for amzing jewelry. more

Bucci's was amazing. Joe helped me through the process of buying a diamond ring for my wife and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. When asked which diamond I wanted in the setting I told him to go with what he thought best. In the end it was beautiful and Joe didn't go with the more expensive choice, he went with the diamond he thought looked best. Great guy, great jeweler! more

The Perfect Place, The Perfect Ring! 12/11/2011

I have a large Italian family.So, when a few of my cousins told to go to Joe, I paid close attention.From the first meeting, Joe gave me a mini-lesson on diamond quality and how how to go about selecting the perfect ring for my future wife.Bucci Jewelers is king when it comes to customer service.I can not express how helpful Joe and is staff was to my fiance and I.His most important advice to me was..."She has to love it." Joe came up with idea after idea, showed pictures and talked on the phone with us...and guess what?...SHE LOVES IT! And just like Bucci was recommended to me, I sent my best friend to him a week later,for he is planning his proposal this Christmas. Joe was great! I didn't really know much about diamond rings but Joe took the time to explain everything in terms I understood. When the ring was ready he reassured me that if I didn't love it that he would make as many rings as he needed so long as it was the "ONE". (It only took one try)\r I am going back for the matching eternity ring. more

Bucci's is the absolute best in every aspect. He had the best price, even compared to BlueNile and several other shops. Joe provided the invoice and added a flat fee - no need to negotiate or haggle. There was no pressure and when compared to online and other shops he was the best hands down.\r \r The ring he created was absolutely stunning. I didn't know anything about diamonds but I was able to provide him a general description of the ring and of what my fiance likes (simple, fierey, princess cut, side stones, etc.). He was able to create a ring that was (i) honestly the most beautiful ring I've ever seen and (ii) was a perfect fit for my fiance's personality. She absolutely loved it and both of us couldn't be happier.\r \r Lastly, Joe provides the highest quality service I've ever experienced, not just from a jeweler. I cant believe how easy Joe made it to buy an engagement ring. I had no idea what to look for in a diamond. Joe took the time to explain shape, cut, clarity, color, everything you would need to know about picking a diamond. I explained to him what I was looking for and my price range and I had the ring I was looking for within 15 minutes of walking through the door. There was no rush, no pressure, and Joe explained everything in terms that anybody could understand. You feel confident in what you buy as Bucci Jewelers hides nothing and is always up front with the customer.You know your getting a good product because Bucci's only deals with the finest quality diamonds. My fiancee is thrilled and is recieving compliments everywhere she goes. I will definitely be getting our wedding bands from Bucci's. more
