After visiting four other jewelers, I was searching around on the web and came across Joe Bucci's. I was impressed with the reviews as well as the "Best of Philly 2010" award he had won. \r

What a great experience it turned out to be! The first time I stopped by, I was let in by Andy, one of the staff. Andy spent about 30 minutes with me and we came up with the perfect idea for my wife. I found out later that I had showed up 45 minutes before they even open. That, my friends, is customer service! Also, Joe would personally call me to let me know stones were in for me to look at for the piece. He also had no problem in getting other stones for me to compare them to. Joe and his staff have my highest regard. I am thankful that I will never have to look for the right place to buy jewelry again!
