Don't let Bryant RIP YOU OFF. Read this review and I promise it will save you a lot of money and aggravation. The blower fan that circulates the air through the house would only come on when the thermostat was set to heat. I had Bryant come out to the house to do the repair. They checked my system and told me the fan center needed to be replaced. He then told me that since I had an old furnace it was a hard to find part, if they could find the part it would be a costly repair, and it would be better to replace the furnace. I declined his offer to replace my furnace and got a quote for $971 for the repair and I accepted believing the part I needed was going to be expensive. I asked for an invoice showing the individual cost for parts and labor. I was informed that Bryant doesn't provide this because they charge a flat rate. I was misled into believing the part I needed was a hard to find part and expensive. This isn't true at all. The part they replaced can be bought locally for around $35 to $65. If I had known they intended to charge over $900 labor to replace this part I would have never agreed to the repair. Bryant had to come to the house four more times after I was given the original quote for the repair. They seemed to not know what they were doing and acted unprofessional. They finally fixed the problem but the whole process was extremely aggravating. I got quotes from other local companies with prices ranging from $200 to $425. Bryant charged me $971 which is double the highest quote I received. I got a refund of $371 which reduced the cost of the repair to $600. This is still high and not even close to industry standards. I was unfairly misled by Bryant to believe that the part I needed was hard to find and expensive to either facilitate the purchase of a new furnace or inflate the cost of the repair. Bryant doesn't seem interested at all about quality customer service. They are only interested in charging the highest amount possible for every service call they go on. more

My AC unit had a major leak and the cost to fix it was less than purchasing a new one. However, my unit is 20 years old which met the life expectancy. I know that it could last another 5 to 10 years or last another month. I chose to get a new unit because it was still going to be pricey to fix the leak- no one makes freon anymore. My new unit was installed the next day. Jon H. the technician arrived at my home and was not pushy at all. He told me the figure to fix it and I asked about a new one. He answered all of my questions. I would recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling. more

called at 9 am air conditioner bad 'they priced , financed removed and installed a new central air unit by 6 pm ,it works perfectly ,its 10 pm and were cool once again,thanks alex c and cody one great job! more

Cole W. seemed very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained to us what was previously done inadequately when our HVAC system was installed 2 years ago by another Carrier sales company. He was the technician sent to our home for a routine maintenance check (first time we had called Bryant Heating & Cooling), and he discovered that there wasn’t even enough Puron in our system. He checked for leaks, but found none. We are glad that he was able to resolve some of our insufficient cooling problems, even though we ended up paying more than anticipated to get the job done. He patiently answered our many questions, putting our minds at ease about the whole process and what he needed to do. We are thankful for his integrity and his abilities to handle a problem we weren’t even aware existed before he came out. He also gave us hints on how to make our HVAC system work more efficiently and with less energy than it has been. We hope that Cole W. will be the one to service our heating and cooling maintenance checks and necessary repairs in the future. He is a real asset to this company, and they now will have our business because of his fine work. more

The girl I spoke to when I called was very friendly and had someone to my house within a few hours. Jon was absolutely great! He was so helpful and talked me through everything he was doing. I couldn't have asked for better service! Will continue using Bryant in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks!! more
