Keith came to our house to inspect what had to be done to our duct work and then schedule the work. He went above and beyond and removed the duct work himself so that we could have a leak fixed sooner and we could use our furnace sooner. THANKS KEITH FOR A JOB WELL DONE. more

Furnace installation 10/24/2018

Richard and Khanh spent over 12 hours to complete a furnace installation to restore heat to our home the same day. They had to measure and have fabricated/delivered some sheet metal to match the new furnace to the existing space and ducts. In the course of their work, they found a previously installed humidifier had been improperly wired and fixed it - all cheerfully and taken in the course of a day's work more

Well done on installation of heating unit 10/17/2018

Richard and Khanh installed a new furnace at my residence. After the installation there was no mess left for me to clean up. They were the most courteous, efficient and informative service men that I have dealt with over the 14 years of home ownership. It will be an honor to pass that information onto my family and friends. Bryant Heating is the way to go. more

Great service & honest 9/25/2018

Our AC unit went out on a Sunday afternoon so I called Bryant Heating & Cooling, I was amazed at how nice and professional the person was on the phone. She told me a service Tech. would be at my house in about a hour, 10 minutes later I get a call from Joseph, he told me he would be there in 45 minutes and he was. Joseph check out our AC unit and explained in great detail what was wrong, he was very friendly and professional. Myself as a business owner I was amazed that he did not try to oversell me on things I didn't need. Joseph got all the paper work filled out and told us the installation crew would be at the house at 9:00am the next morning and to my shock, they were right on time. Myself and my wife can't say enough about the friendly and professional service that we received from Joseph and the company. Many thanks from Brian & Leslie more

Timely Service 9/20/2018

Called and they sent Jon out in about 45 minutes. He checked out our furnace so we could have the gas turned back on. He explained everything in a way we could understand. I will be calling Jon the next time I need service. more
