AC service 5/22/2019

had an AC service set up for 5-20-2019, rep called at end of 3 hour window and said he couldn't make it. rescheduled for the next day between noon and 3. Rep never showed and never called. A total of 6 hours of my time wasted and I did not get my AC serviced. more

Excellent HVAC service 5/14/2019

Lexington Bryant HVAC provided us with courteous customer service, knowledgeable techs, and efficient scheduling. We had our annual maintenance check scheduled and when the tech arrived he found a component that was not working. After telling me the issue, he checked our warranty for coverage, located the part, and later the same day they came back and put the new part on. Very, very efficient. We have been customers since 2014 for our then new unit and will continue to receive preventive service checks to keep our home HVAC system running perfectly. Great company and we have always received prompt and courteous service. Great job Lexington team. We highly recommend this company! more

Great Service from Bryant Heating 12/27/2018

I was very pleased with the service completed on my furnace service call by Mr. TJH. He was very helpful and very professional with his work while he was in my home. I would recommend having Mr. TJH again anytime we need help with either our furnace or A/C more
