had an AC service set up for 5-20-2019, rep called at end of 3 hour window and said he couldn't make it. rescheduled for the next day between noon and 3. Rep never showed and neve...

New AC and Heating 4/22/2018

Had to have a replacement AC and Heater. Denzil came out and evaluated and let me know all of my options. After deciding to get new units the very next morning 3 tech arrived, Kenny E, Stephen N and Bryan S. All were professional, nice, knowledgeable and able to work in the small space that I have in my condo. They got it done in one day, cleaned up the mess and explained everything to me. So grateful that they could do everything in one day. I will use Bryant for years and years to come. Great job guys!!! more

Bryant is the best. Prompt and projessional. Came out to clean my unit and showed my how to filter it and get better pressure and have it work better. I highly recommend them. more

Bryant Heating and Cooling did a great Job servicing my furnace and a/c. Mark, the service tech, was nice and helpful making some suggestions on how to improve our outdated air return. He even suggested we do some research on the internet to back up his reasoning for the changes. more

Highly recommend Bryant 3/30/2018

I have been a Bryant Heating & Cooling customer in Louisville for about 5 years. They provide tremendous service and value and the gold membership package for warranty covered maintenance service in the Fall and Spring of each year is highly recommended. Gary G was my technician and he was very professional, courteous, and swift. He called about 20 minutes prior the scheduled appointment window to let me know he was on his way, and he finished his work in about thirty minutes, processed the paperwork, and I could go on about my day. Highly recommend Bryant and Gary! more

Heating Unit 3/15/2018

I called Bryant Heating and Air today around noon, not only did Mark Schmitz arrive within 30 minutes, he stayed and explained everything to me in great detail. He was even super nice to my cat. He stayed and waited and helped me get financing for my new furnace, and helped me choose the system that best fitted within my needs and price range. He was super polite, professional, and an all around nice guy. If you get a chance to tell them which guy comes to your home, make sure and request him, you won't be disappointed, he is very knowledgeable with his craft! My hats off to Bryant Heating and Air for hiring such a sweet individual. I never felt pressured, rushed or taken advantage of, and I have never felt better for spending $3500!!!. more
