had an AC service set up for 5-20-2019, rep called at end of 3 hour window and said he couldn't make it. rescheduled for the next day between noon and 3. Rep never showed and neve...

Bryant did a great job! 7/11/2018

Recently had a leak coming from our HVAC system in our attic. Called Bryant and they sent someone quickly to fix it. Despite the heat in the attic they did a great job and didn't complain. Would definitely use their services again. Highly recommended! more

Caring Customer Service 7/11/2018

Gary G. did an outstanding job! He was very professional and caring. He listen to our concerns regarding my mother's current air condition unit, located the leak and replaced the part. Gary took the time to answer our questions and helped ensure that my mother's AC unit was working correctly. We were so impressed with his knowledge and honesty that we will eventually need to replace the older AC unit, and when we do, we will differently choose Bryant Heating and Cooling. more

Joseph G was my service tech sent by Bryant. He was very gracious and explained in very down-to-earth terms what was needed for my unit. I believe he saved me some real problems in the future. I hope that he will be sent out again in the fall! 5 star rating!!! more

This is the second year we have Mark Schmitz from Bryant Heating & Cooling, Inc. coming to my house to check our air condition. He was very nice and patience to answer all my questions and explained what was going on for the equipment. He was very professional and even went to upstairs to check the vents to make sure the air condition was running normally. He provided me several plans and let me know how I should do so that I can save the money on the equipment maintenance. If you want to schedule an appointment with Bryant, please ask for Mark Schmitz to do the service. He is the best. more
