Great people and great company! 3/10/2017

I'm very impressed with Bruno and their people. They were responsive, stayed until 11:30pm at night to get me going. In the end I decided to replace the unit. Their install crew was awesome. The original tech called to make sure I was happy with the install. Highly recommend them. more

Sensational service 11/25/2016

I met Louis Bruno 5 years ago and he has done all of our air conditioning work at two homes and my wife's ballet studio. One of his top technicians Lee was at my home today and did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem. more

Good Service Experience with Bruno 11/25/2016

When my less than 1 year old A/C was not cooling, Bruno came out and discovered a refrigerant leak in the coil. They replaced the coil with a new one and fully honored their service and parts warranty. . . A/C works great now and I'm happy. more

Early,very knowledgeable,very polite..... Only practical issue is separating from the report the immediate repairs that need to be done compared to those that just relate to wear and tear but don't affect the immediate functioning of the a/c unit. Recommend him ,though.... more

Thorough Repair &/or Maintenance Program 11/12/2016

Just completed my six month AC checkup with polite, thorough and well trained tech Marshall. Bruno provided an initial,free and detailed check-up/clean up session 6 months ago. At that time we paid 30.00$ for our future 2nd checkup. Our air is now 10 years old and Florida is tough on this appliance. The value factor in Bruno Service is high for us when we also consider the quality of all services which includes written checklist of 48 primary points noted as pass, concerned or failed! Office staff and/or computer reminder for future scheduling are great for those of us who are busy and both technicians were excellent. more

Great job,fair price 11/7/2016

I had a friend try to fix a broken faucet and it got worse :) I did a search for a plumber and Bruno called me within 5 minutes of asking for a quote. Ryan came to my house around noon. He gave me a quote and had John come to the house around 5pm. By 6:00pm everything was fixed. John was great and did a fantastic job. After hearing from a friend that plumbing companies charge a fortune, I got a great deal and even better service from Bruno. I highly recommend this company from start to finish. I never write reviews, I think this is my first but I was really impressed so I wanted to share my experience. more

Annual maintenance 11/4/2016

Prior notification when Ian S. would arrive for appointment. He was here for approximately forty-five minutes. We know he replaced the filter, because we asked to see the old one. He said everything was good. We would have liked some kind of receipt showing what he had done. My husband signed an electronic device to verify that Ian S. showed up. Bruno should have a listing of the points the service reps are to do and it should be given to the customer upon completion of the annual maintenance call. more
