The Bruno team is excellent. I have a new AC with a service agreement and it is great. Service people are very efficient and knowledgeable. I had an electrician I was happy with and a plumber (John C) whom I highly recommend. more

Outstanding work by Daniel 11/3/2016

Found problem that has eluded two other service calls within 4 months. Solid clogged drain line causing float to shut unit off. Probably never fully cleaned at install. more

Bruno A/C 11/2/2016

Darren arrived on time and was very professional, explaining things about my unit I hadn't know before. He was working for quite a while. He didn't just poke around and leave. The service fees were more than I expected, but I believe you get what you pay for and that's what happened. I happen to listen to Louis Bruno's commercials and also his Saturday morning radio show. Mr. Bruno is a teacher as well as a salesman. I am very happy with the service I received and I will continue to have Bruno's services. more

Bruno solved the problem! 10/27/2016

Something goofy going on with an A/C unit that's a little over a year old and installed by Bruno. The returns were not working properly. It turns out one of the ducts collapsed. Fast fix, I hope it holds! more

Faulty HVAC 10/27/2016

These guys are awesome. My unit went out while out of town and created a mold issue. They came out 2 hours after I placed call. Went through every aspect of the unit did the cleaning and called with a very thorough evaluation........... Best and most honest out there. Thank you............ more

Once again, I am very satisfied with the service from Bruno's. Ian was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. After 10 plus years dealing with other companies, it seems I have finally found the one I can trust. Have had Bruno for a few years now, had new air conditioner installed in 2015, so far all is good. No longer have pushy salespeople telling me that things are not working like they should. Recommend Bruno for sure! more

Ian S was excellent. He did a thorough job with our 6 month maintenance service. He was professional and knowledgeable. I had quite a few questions for him regarding our air conditioning system and he answered them all and resolved any issues we had. I would highly recommend Ian and would ask for him to take care of any repairs or maintenance that is necessary. more
