Filter Change 9/22/2016

I live in Canada and have a condo in Florida. I just need my AC filter changed and my neighbour let the technician in to do this. Not a complicated job. The only issue I have is that I gave Bruno my neighbours name and number and the tech never called. I presume he called my usa cell number which Bruno has on file and probably gave to him instead ( i dont use that phone in canada). more

Bruno Air and Ronaldo the tech 9/21/2016

Ronaldo was my tech and he was excellent....he was on time, realized my AC was shot and got me quotes quickly for a new system which will be installed fast. I was also very impressed how quickly Bruno air was able to get Ronaldo out to my condo since I called them last minute. So far I am very happy with this company. more

Installation of a new A/C system after removing the old system 9/21/2016

Edgar and his partner worked from the moment they arrived first thing in the morning until they finished about 6:00pm. Their working conditions were the worst, 90+ degrees outside, but much hotter in the "attic" which is about 3' high at it's tallest spot. They explained everything as they went along and kept me informed with every move. Very comforting. They did an excellent job in less than ideal conditions, remaining professional throughout the day. All this and when they left, I couldn't tell anyone had been there except for the shiny new unit outside. more

System Maintenance for A/C in our home. 9/19/2016

I've never met a service representative as professional, personable and caring as Ronaldo. He truly does his job very thoroughly, keeping the home owner involved and explaining everything he's doing and why it's being done. He explains what is good with your system, what may need attention and what may need replacing and why. If there are costs involved, he explains why, and gives you enough information that you can make an intellegent decision as to when or if you should spend the money. A very pleasant experience. (I've already told others how impressed I've been with Bruno.) more

Fixing problems with our AC caused by another companies installation. 9/16/2016

We are very satisfied with the work and repairs that David (15120-A) and Felipe C did for us. They were efficient, found the problems and answered any and all questions. Look forward to the inspection later this year. Thank you more
