Service repair call 10/13/2016

i called for service because I was not sure if I had a problem with my air conditioner. the tech was quick to respond and explained that what I thought was an oil leak was only mold/condensation. Polite and didn't make me feel like an idiot! ( tho I did and do). Now I know, thank you. Carolyn Hollins more

replaced hot water heater 10/11/2016

dave and John came out from Plumbing and replaced my broken hot water tank. they also straightened out all the drain pipes! very professional and very clean! i paid exactly what was quoted and am very satisfied with the work and professionalism. i would recommend to anyone to try Bruno on plumbing. Recent water heater service 10/7/2016

I contacted Bruno A/C after dinner leaky water heater. Their technician Richard Colon was at my house early the next morning. He quickly identified the cause of the leak (heating element) and replaced it. Completed In about an hour. Richard is a credit to your company. Very happy with and recommend Bruno A/C. more

Prompt service 10/6/2016

I called Bruno AC in the morning and they were able to come at the time that was convenient for us. The staff was friendly and efficient and a new AC was installed the next day. So far, everything is working great! more

FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE 10/3/2016

Been working with a local A/C company for 30 years. Phoning them for the service call and after explaining the outside popping breaker problem I was informed that the compressor unit was bad and I now needed to replace the entire unit; (a $4,400 expense). The technicians, (two of them), did not even open up the outside unit. Granted, after receiving their e-mail bid last Friday something just didn't feel right. So, I called Bruno this morning, (Monday), and by 1:30 my wife and I where chilling inside our home office. The unit was repaired and running for a total cost of $977.50. For real! Mankind! That was a $3,400.00 savings phone call! Brother Luis, You company and most importantly, Technician Chris, walk the talk! Today I heard your commercial of servicing over 100,000 customers. Well, now consider us your 100,001 customer. Love ya Man! Keeping the FAITH! Rick more

This is our second experience with Bruno Air Conditioning service, and we couldn't be happier. Bruno employees know their business inside and out, and have knowledgeable answers to all our questions. We are better educated about air conditioning, and now know what to do to keep our system in tip top condition between visits. This company is tops in our opinion. Thank you! more

Lloyd was awesome and helpful as usual. however, customer service needs to be looked at and improved - i.e. call to correct contact number, do not show up at 10 pm without speaking to a human being first, and timely follow up appts need to be kept or at least call if there has been a change. Thank you more

Reliable Efficient Service 9/26/2016

Returned from vacation at night to find house with no air. Called Bruno and within an hour service tech was at door despite the 10PM hour. Diagnosed and fixed issue quickly. House was finally cooling. Tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and very neat. Great work. more
