Disappointing 2/29/2016

I had a rug that I delivered to Brothers Carpet Cleaning, Inc. before I had my carpet cleaned. They brought it with them when they came to clean the carpet. They had been pressing to dunk or dip the carpets but were unable to do that. I don't know what they did, if anything, but it came back with the same spots and smell and they didn't say anything. The guy who brought it back was very nice. I've had them in a number of commercial locations and I didn't mind spending $300 for the job, but I expected it to be done. They were advertising a dunk for carpets but when they dropped it off, they didn't have it. more

Excellent, professional job done 2/12/2016

Technician came right on time and proceeded to do an excellent job cleaning and Teflon coating all of my carpets. He had a pleasant manner and was obviously well trained. more

Scott's the best! 1/27/2016

Scott arrived a few minutes early, cheerfully, and immediately began cleaning our carpets. He worked steadily and spent just over two hours in our relatively small home. I can't recall our carpets looking better! We've used Brothers' for a number of years, with a few different workers --- and have never been disappointed. But I now will ask for Scott by name. Excellent! 1/25/2016

I used Brothers for my carpet cleaning for the first time in 2015. That time they did an excellent job. I scheduled them again on Jan. 25, 2016. Scott came out exactly what time he should have. Very polite and professional, he did an excellent job. Carpets are 16 years old, and look like new. I will request Scott when I have them done again. I Recommend them highly! more

Terrific company 1/22/2016

This is my first time to have my carpets cleaned by Brothers Carpet Cleaning and I am very pleased. Scott did a great job. I had many bad pet stains due to a very sick dog and he got them all out. Usually it takes 2 or more days for my carpets to dry and this time they were totally dry in less than 24 hours. I will use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors. more

I'd never used Brothers Carpet Cleaning before but the owner is in my rotary group and I decided to give them a try. They did a really good job and the workers were on time and polite and friendly. I'll definitely use them the next time I need my carpet cleaned. more

Great work 12/11/2015

I had a good overall experience with Brothers Carpet Cleaning, the work was great, they had a really hard job working with a pretty old carpet but the work came out great and they did what they were supposed to. My only complaint was that they left their equipment at our house and weren't willing to come pick it up until after a few phone calls. They eventually came and got it but it was a little bit annoying - Anne L. more

Great service 11/7/2015

After years of trying one carpet cleaning company and then another, we tried Brothers Carpet Cleaning a few years ago. Scott has come each year since then and done a superb, careful, and professional job. This year we had coffee, food, wine, and water leakage stains and after his great work, we are ready to entertain for the holidays. more

Excellent 10/29/2015

Called this morning with situation of blood on the carpet. Response within 1/2 hour and technician showed up within a short time. His name was John Gaston. He was polite, pleasant, thorough and had the carpet cleaned within 1/2 hour. Thank you also to the company for employing veterans. I will call again next year for our routine cleaning. more

Very Satisfied 10/28/2015

Scott arrived a little before scheduled time, which was great! He surveyed the cleaning work to be done, two short flight of carpeted stairs a hall way and two Oriental wool area carpets. He answered my questions regarding the method of cleaning and any chemicals I should know about. He assured me the cleaning method was very safe. He set up his equipment and went to work. He put down protective pads to prevent any liquid getting on the hardwood floors. The carpet on the stairway was heavily soiled and stained. It was a very durable carpet but very light in color. I never expected all the stains would come out with the cleaning. After Scott finished the cleaning I was surprised to see the stairway look almost like new! The Oriental carpets came out beautiful! Scott was hard working and very conscientious. He was very professional and pleasant person. Easy to talk too and quick with the smile. We were his last job of the day, but he treated it like it was his first, taking care in moving the equipment and hoses around the rooms. He took the time to do a quality cleaning job! We are very pleased with the cleaning and will use Brothers again. I highly recommend them! Easy to set up the appointment. I received a reminder call two days prior to appointment. more
