Scott arrived a little before scheduled time, which was great! He surveyed the cleaning work to be done, two short flight of carpeted stairs a hall way and two Oriental wool area carpets. He answered my questions regarding the method of cleaning and any chemicals I should know about. He assured me the cleaning method was very safe. He set up his equipment and went to work. He put down protective pads to prevent any liquid getting on the hardwood floors.
The carpet on the stairway was heavily soiled and stained. It was a very durable carpet but very light in color. I never expected all the stains would come out with the cleaning. After Scott finished the cleaning I was surprised to see the stairway look almost like new! The Oriental carpets came out beautiful!
Scott was hard working and very conscientious. He was very professional and pleasant person. Easy to talk too and quick with the smile. We were his last job of the day, but he treated it like it was his first, taking care in moving the equipment and hoses around the rooms. He took the time to do a quality cleaning job!
We are very pleased with the cleaning and will use Brothers again. I highly recommend them!
