This is the second time I have had Brothers to clean my carpets...overall it has been a very good experience. When I asked Scott to clean up a spot that had been missed last time, he was very attentive and it looked fine when he finished! more

Scott Rocks!!! 4/26/2014

I adopted a 14 year old cat and due to medical stuff, she started to pee on the carpet...ugh! I tried 5 gallons of Natures Miracle....still needed help. Scott came and out to the country, wasn't too much extra, and took GREAT care of our carpets. He's been doing it for 11 years and I felt like I was in good hands and the results are fantastic. I will have them out again. Scott was professional, polite, kind and quick. Thank you Scott! more

I used to work as a salesman for a company that sold products to Brothers Cleaning Services Inc. I knew of their work before, so I didn't hesitate to use them to clean our rug. The quality of their work is good. I wouldn't be afraid to recommend them at all! They know what they're doing! more

I rate Brothers Cleaning Services a five on everything! They explained to me what the procedure was and why the hot extraction method was better than soap. He informed me that soap molecules attract dirt after carpet cleaning, which I never knew. It's all the extra things they did like cleaning my doormat for free and suggesting how I could repair my carpet where it was frazzling. They were so helpful! more

This was the first time our 18 month old carpet had been cleaned. While doing the hallway, Scott (the technician) noticed that there was pronounced pooling/pile reversal and pointed this out to me. He found more while doing our living room as well. He pointed these areas out to us and, given that the carpet was less than two years old and still under warranty, we might want to contact the store we purchased it from and/or the carpet manufacturer. This we did. Had he not pointed this defect in material, we might never have known - or at least not until it was no longer under warranty. more

My carpet had a quite a few of stains on it so I had to go with Brothers Cleaning because I had heard that they were one of the better cleaning services in the area. Their guy came in and did an amazing job on the carpet. I almost couldn't believe my eyes! more

Brothers Cleaning Services' employees were kind, gracious, and professional. I had my house and my mom's house done. She is 91, and they were very accommodating and gracious toward her. The only thing that would mark them down a little bit was that there were several places in my house where I'm not sure the guy spent the time he should have around the edges of the furniture. I had told him he didn't have to move the furniture and go under it, but he really seemed to stick to the center of the room. It was the first time they had come out for me, though, and it was just fine. more

Absolutely, positively pleased with service and results! 1/17/2014

Scott was very professional, efficient and courteous! I had a couple of challenging areas which included spilled coffee and a piece of caramel cemented into the carpet. The carpet looks like none of that ever happened. Thanks Scott . . see you next time. Linda T. Eugene more

Professional, reliable and friendly! 1/10/2014

Used Brothers for the first time. Team member Scott was on time and took care to protect the corners of my walls from the cleaning hoses. He took two very nice wool and silk area rugs back to the shop to clean there I was a little concerned.... beautiful job. My wall to wall have never gotten this clean with other vendors. Hands down the best carpet cleaning I've had. There in my contact list won't go anywhere else more

My first cleaning from Brothers Cleaning Services was absolutely fantastic. They were very prompt, thorough, and courteous. The person who came to clean left my condominium spotless. He did very good! Every interaction I've had with a Brothers Cleaning Services employee was professional. The cost was very worthwhile and I'm glad to have found them. I will definitely schedule followup service and refer my friends. more

The Brothers Cleaning serviceman who came was great, really! He was extremely pleasant and congenial. He talked to me but was professional and not overly friendly. He couldn't do enough! He worked very hard shampooing the carpet in my front room. more

Great service 11/21/2013

Scott came and made our 7 year old carpets look like (almost) new. He had every opportunity to upsell me on the pet ordor products, but was honest that he didn't see the need. That is impressive, and one of the reasons they will get my return business. Great experience, carpets look fantastic, price was very reasonable. more
