I had a rug that I delivered to Brothers Carpet Cleaning, Inc. before I had my carpet cleaned. They brought it with them when they came to clean the carpet. They had been pressing to dunk or dip the carpets but were unable to do that. I don't know what they did, if anything, but it came back with the same spots and smell and they didn't say anything. The guy who brought it back was very nice. I've had them in a number of commercial locations and I didn't mind spending $300 for the job, but I expected it to be done. They were advertising a dunk for carpets but when they dropped it off, they didn't have it.
