EXCELLENT JOB 10/14/2015

Scott arrived promptly, set up his equipment and went to work. He finished in almost the exact time he quoted. The carpets look almost new. The drying machine was so efficient we hardly realized any moisture was ever used. Special care was taken to put all furniture on foam cubes to protect the newly cleaned carpets. SUPER JOB. Scott recently came out and cleaned our carpet. He did a very thorough job. The carpet looked great afterward. He was very professional and provided recommendations for future carpet care. We will definitely use Brothers again in the future. more

Scott did a wonderful job. The carpets look like new and he did everything he promised, time wise, with exceptional professionalism. He told me what to expect and it was spot on. A friend asked me if I "got a good deal" - heck yes, a trustworthy company with excellent people, that stands behind their work and keeps their promises. more

I wouldn't use this company again. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mess with scheduling; the original employee called out sick and the backup cleaner arrived late. The guy who came was fine. I could tell that he shampooed the carpets, but after they dried they didn't look much different. I could still see some stains that hadn't been removed, and it just looked like he didn't spend that much time trying. The prices were competitive, but I will probably use a different company next time. RESPONSE FROM Brothers Carpet Cleaning, Inc.: As soon as we heard that Mr. Johnson was not happy, we called him to get more details. Mr. Jenson was not fully aware of our Satisfaction Guarantee, so we were able to schedule a follow-up cleaning to address his concerns. Once done, he told our technician John that he was happy. We appreciate being given the opportunity to make this transaction right. more

Great experience, great price! 8/31/2015

I've had carpet cleaning in the past where they leave and it takes two days for carpets to dry. Brothers Carpet Cleaning came in, vacuumed the carpets first, cleaned them, and the carpets were dry within an hour! I have used them twice and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! more

We enjoyed very good service from Brothers carpet cleaning. The tech, John Gaston, called before arrival and even came early. He took special care not to damage wall corners and completed the job with a minimum use of material. Drying time was less than predicted. (We had a perfect day and were able to open all doors and windows). All rooms were cleaned very well including one pet "accident". John was very knowledgeable and proficient in his work. If you want your carpet done right, call Brothers. more

They were referred to me by someone I had worked with who has lived in the area for a long time. I like Brothers Cleaning Services because it's a local company. I used them once when I moved into a new home and the carpet needed cleaning. They were here earlier than expected and he even did a little bit more work for me. I had a tile floor in the bathroom and he ran the carpet cleaner over that to clean the grout at no charge. The cost was also reasonable. I would highly recommend them. more
