Responsive customer service 10/25/2013

We've used several services over the years. This year's Brothers carpet cleaning service was the best. They are easy to work with making the appointments and Scott did a fine job and was great to work with. One high traffic area that was fairly heavily spotted didn't look quite as good as I expected after a couple of days. I called back and they immediately and cheerfully set me up with a time to retreat and clean that area. Once again, Scott gave great service with the extra attention and the area looks terrific. more

Technician, Scott arrived a couple minutes early! Unheard of! He was plesant, effecient, very polite. He made two extremely grimy recliner chairs look like new! We are delighted with Brothers Carpet and Upholstery cleaning and will certainly call them again. more

We own a rental property. I call Brothers Cleaning Services Inc. to come clean the carpets for us. They do an excellent job, even on more difficult floors. This property is a commercial building, so there was a woman who did facials and stuff like that and left a lot of tough drippings on the floors. Brothers made it look original again, which was fantastic. If they can't get a particularly impossible stain out, they will explain exactly why. more

Friendly, exceptional service and definitely would recommend! 9/23/2013

Brothers Cleaning Services were very professional. They came in an cleaned my house just before I moved into a new house. It had a cat in it and I'm allergic to cats so it was very important that they get in there before the movers. They helped me schedule in a tricky situation. Everybody was very helpful. Everything turned out great. We had them back for a re-cleaning a year after we moved in too. I will continue to use their service. Their prices are very competitive and their service is excellent. more

Great job! Highly recommended 9/13/2013

This was our first residential cleaning by Brothers, but certainly won't be our last. Technician Scott showed up on time, answered all questions, and got right to work. Very professional overall, and excellent results. Two large rooms, as well as a bonus room, all with higher-end wool carpets, and the end-result was great. Cleanup was thorough after - no signs of "work" having recently been completed. Will definitely use again! more

Brothers Cleaning Services Inc. has done a wonderful job just cleaning the carpets and helping with special things like taking care of when a pet has made a mess. I think they do a wonderful job customer-service-wise. I've been with them for two years. I think the fact that they are willing to make that extra effort when there's a stain or something is really nice. more

An excellent job done by a very nice young man! 8/6/2013

Scott came to my house on 7/23/13 to give me an estimate on cleaning my carpet and my La-Z-Boy recliner. The recliner had been my dog's favorite place to perch and watch the world go by for nearly 7 years. Even though the chair was covered by a blanket, it was horribly covered in dog hair. Scott was very thorough in his calculation of the estimate and very clear in his description of what he would do. He came today, 8/6/13, and performed the cleaning. He was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough in his work. My carpet looks fantastic, and, after 5 hours, is nearly dry. My recliner looks brand new!!! I won't hesitate to bring Brothers back when it's time for another carpet cleaning. more

Carpet cleaning 8/1/2013

Brothers carpet cleaning has been cleaning our carpets since they were new. (about six years ago) Every spring i call them up and schedule a appointment They call me the day before to remind me of the appointment. They show up on time and do a very good job. Very nice people to work with. Carpets still look almost new. Thanks more

We've used Brothers Cleaning Services for carpet cleaning for years. They are always prompt. Show up when they say that they will. They work efficiently. The fellows who do the work are nice and the results are good. They are a local service, not a franchise. I think the fellow who runs it, Tony, makes sure he has good people. I would recommend them. more

Thorough, wonderful cleaning service 6/19/2013

Brothers Cleaning Services was great. I recall that when they cleaned our carpets last summer they did a wonderful job and they were very prompt. The carpets looked fantastic afterwards and I got the impression that they were very thorough and worked hard the whole time at my home. We have used them a few times, and as a repeat customer I can say I would highly recommend their cleaning services. more

I've been a customer for several years. Brothers Cleaning Services were friendly, they were on time, and they responded quickly when I asked them to come out. I have them come out only once a year. Some of the high-traffic areas don't seem to come clean and I have some stains that can't seem to come out, but I don't know if its any fault of theirs. I'd use them again because I think they're better than a lot of the other places. more

Scott was the person who gave me the initial estimate. He answered all the questions I had, and the price was competitive with the other bids I received. I was happy that he was also the person who actually did the job, in that he was the one who gave the estimate also. He arrived on time, was really friendly, and the job was done with no sign of any mess left! I had to leave during the process and totally trusted him to finish the job and safely lock up the house. There were no 'hidden' expenses after the initial estimate either. I would have NO problems recommending Brothers to my friends, and in fact I have already recommended you to two people in two days! more

In this case, Mrs. Milligan felt an area of her carpet could have been cleaned better. Once we knew this, we immediately sent our carpet technician back at no charge to re-clean the area. The carpets look like new again 4/30/2013

Gary does a fantastic job! He transforms the carpets so that they look new again. The process that Brothers uses deep cleans the carpeting without leaving strong smells or soapy residues. I am sensitive to fragrances and detergents and I have no reactions or problems during or after the cleaning. I highly recommend Brothers. You will not be disappointed! more

We asked Brothers Cleaning Services Inc to do a special spot on the rug and it wasn't a problem for them. They get out stains that seem impossible and do their absolute best. They are very accommodating and have all around good service. If you have animals they are the people to call. more
