I called Broten to schedule a repair visit. The representative was very pleasant and displayed great knowledge. Within 2 hours a repairman had come and gone, fixing my door in 30 minutes. I am very glad that I chose Broten. more

Fast, Efficient and Affordable 8/24/2010

Our garage spring broke so we called Broten to have a repairman fix it. They made an appointment with us for the following day and the repair person was actually on time! He took a lot at our door and recommended replacing both springs, gave us an estimate and then got to work. He was professional, curteous and did a great job! We are very happy with the way everything turned out and our garage is now subsequently much quieter than it has ever been. Highly recommend them. more

Great Garage Door maintenance! 8/17/2010

My garage door had not been serviced in three years and was getting noisy and the chain was loose. The rollers were getting worn.\r \r Broten came as soon as I called and did a full service, roller replacement, spring adjustment and chain tightening, plus lubrication of all moving parts. They also got my built-in in-car garage door opener working.\r \r Great job done expertly and quickly, for a reasonable price. Can hardly hear the door when it opens and closes. more

Broten came as soon as I called and did a full service, roller replacement, spring adjustment and chain tightening, plus lubrication of all moving parts. Garage door repairs 7/28/2010

Had a garage door that has been slightly crooked for some time now, and while Broten was here straightening it, I asked if they could also replace the overhead springs, since they were well beyond their expected service life. Repairman said it would be no problem, gave me an hour estimate, and quoted what I knew was a fair price for this service. Repairman completed the work within the hour time frame, lubed all the moving parts and left the area spotless. Great service, would highly recommend them or use them again if needed! Pros: Punctual, professional and had fair prices Cons: None, I would use them again if needed more

After moving into a new house, my 7 year old locked the garage door from the outside -- we didn't know this. My husband tried opening the garage with the opener and it became jammed. Broten came within a few hours after my call. The serviceman was quick, he knew what he was doing. I did think it was a little expensive, $95 for the first half hour, rate goes down for additional time, plus parts. But he was fast, i owed about $105. I would use them again if I had to. Pros: professional, quick, knowledgeable Cons: a little expensive more
