I had a hurricane impact door installed last week and i used Broten. I only have good words starting with their Xcellent rep B. Anderson and then Joyce for the installation durind the week I needed and at the said day and time . Installing people were polite and did a quality job. So for me Broten is outstanding. more

We recently needed a garage door repair. A friend recommended Broten. The serviceman was on time-we even got a call to let us know that he was on his way. He had to retun a few days later with the parts he needed. Again, he came on time, was courteous and helpful. We will definitely call them next time we need service. I recommend Broten! more

February 25, 2011 We needed service on our garage door so we called Broten on Monday morning and the service man came out that same morning. He did a good job on fixing the garage door and it has been working fine. I would recommend Broten to anyone. more

Quick Response - Service Outstanding 2/26/2011

Broten was very quick to respond after my phone call at 8:00 am, that garage door wasn't working. I explained that I had a guest that needed to go to airport and could not get car out of garage. In probably 2 hours, Broten showed up, a very pleasant young man proceeded to fix broken spring in garage door. And he just had a new baby! His service was good, efficient, and was very respectful. In probably 35-40 minutes, garage door fixed with new springs.\r Thank you Broten, for your speedy response to my call. Janie Lester more

Amazing Service! 2/24/2011

The best service in town! One day I came home and after I parked my car into the garage and closed my garage door, I heard a loud pop! I realized that the spring popped from the garage door. I knew that at some point I would need to get it fixed. I called around a few garage door places and decided to call Broten. I spoke with a friendly representative who scheduled an appointment to speak with a representative from the company. The sales man sowed up on time with a friendly deminer. He was so informative and helpful that I decided to buy a whole new garage. I thought this process would take weeks. In no time the permit was sent in by Broten and approved. When I called the Broten office up to scedule an appointment to get the garage door installed they were so helpful and got me an appointment for the next day! more

Amazing Service! 2/24/2011

The best service in town! One day I came home and after I parked my car into the garage and closed my garage door, I heard a loud pop! I realized that the spring popped from the garage door. I knew that at some point I would need to get it fixed. I called around a few garage door places and decided to call Broten. I spoke with a friendly representative who scheduled an appointment to speak with a representative from the company. The sales man sowed up on time with a friendly deminer. He was so informative and helpful that I decided to buy a whole new garage. I thought this process would take weeks. In no time the permit was sent in by Broten and approved. When I called the Broten office up to scedule an appointment to get the garage door installed they were so helpful and got me an appointment for the next day! \r When the workers arrived to install the garage they were very professional and very nice. They cleaned up after themselves and left me with a wonderful hurricane proof garage! You can barely hear the garage door open and close its AMAZING! I highly reccomend Broten! They are professional, wonderful service and efficient! more

The service tech came out, parked in the street (so oil won't get on your driveway- just in case..) knew within about 15 seconds how to fix the door, and did just that! My door works better than ever... closes gently and I have peace of mind that it was all done by a professional! I would DEFINITELY reccomend them! more

What a pleasure it was to deal with this company. Everyone is courteous and professional. John DeMarco called me within an hour of the job being completed to ensure that there were no issues.
