Our garage door spring broke and Broten was there to open doors for us as their slogan states. The employee was prompt and friendly. He didn't mind explaining the process to my mother and I. He also advised us to change both springs because if we didn't the other would snap in a few weeks. His honesty was greatly appreciated. He could have just replaced the one and come back in a few weeks to charge us full price for the other spring.
