Replaced my auto garage door opener 11/22/2010

I LOVED my experience with Broten. We had been manually opening the garage door for at least 5 years-what a pain (literally) I called to get an estimate and an appointment. The girl on the phone was very specific about the estimate and told me someone would call between 8a and 12 the day of my installation. The installer did exactly that , came, installed the opener-no questions asked, did a great, neat, efficient job. And the best part, the bill was not 1 cent more than what I was quoted. We were very, very pleased and are enjoying opening the door again with just the push of a button ! more

Excellent 10/23/2010

I made an appointment for a new garage door opener with the best motor. The gentleman came on time and was very professional. He worked alone to install a new motor and key pad on the outside of the garage door. I set my own code and after he finished he explained how the new motor worked and ran it several times to make sure it was perfect. It was. I was extremely pleased with the product and service and professionalism of the company and its employees. I would highly recommed Broten Garage doors to everyone. more

I needed a hurricane/storm rated garage in order to be rated Class A storm protection for my house. My in-laws used Broten and I was impressed with their door. The company responded very fast for the order process. The salesman was straight forward and explained the process very well. two weeks passed for the install. The installers were like robots in their efficiency. The garage door was installed during that heavy tropical depression that passed over Florida in late September. No problem for the Broten team. I bought a Cloplay double wide with rectangular panels in almond color, insulated with 2"" of foam and steel on both sides. The company did a very solid job and the equipment is quiet and works as advertised. A+ more

Job Well Done 9/24/2010

I just had my old garage door replaced with a hurricane proof door.\r \r The service from Broten was outstanding from the quotation stage through final installation & inspection.\r \r The installers were very professional & arrived right on time. They completed the job in the time promised & left the site spotless.\r \r The follow-up by the service dept was also outstanding.\r \r When the town inspector came to check the work he commented that they NEVER have a problem with a Broten installation.\r \r Mant thanks to the entire Broten team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a door. more

My experience w/ Broten was excellent. From the time I called to speak w/ a sales rep to the time the garage door was installed was about 10 days. The process was very smooth and handled very professionally. I would recommend Broten to anybody that needs a repair or new installation. more
