After moving into a new house, my 7 year old locked the garage door from the outside -- we didn't know this. My husband tried opening the garage with the opener and it became jammed. Broten came within a few hours after my call. The serviceman was quick, he knew what he was doing. I did think it was a little expensive, $95 for the first half hour, rate goes down for additional time, plus parts. But he was fast, i owed about $105. I would use them again if I had to.
