What a pleasure it was to deal with this company. Everyone is courteous and professional. John DeMarco called me within an hour of the job being completed to ensure that there were no issues. I found this company to be very professional and prompt in the repair of the garage door; They gave me a time for the order to be available and installed and they were there doing the repair work on the exact day quoted. I am very pleased with their work and prompt installation. The person on the phone was courteous and the job was well done. more

Quick, friendly and professional 1/22/2011

I called for a repair and the scheduler on the phone was courteous and efficient. Within the hour, someone called and said a technician could be at my home shortly. The repair technician arrived promptly and was polite and professional. He knew immediately what was wrong with the garage door and repaired it in a snap. He went above and beyond what was required and oiled the door, springs and hinges. Thank you for a job well done. more

One of the 2 springs that operate the up and down of our garage door broke early in the morning of New Years Eve (Dec. 31) and, as a result, we were unable to open the door to get either car out. Gasp....we're now looking forward to the entire New Years weekend or more without being able to use either of our cars. Called Broten immediately and Tyler responded later around noon, made the necessary repairs in both a timely and professional manner. My sincerest thanks to them. more

Replaced my auto garage door opener 11/22/2010

I LOVED my experience with Broten. We had been manually opening the garage door for at least 5 years-what a pain (literally) I called to get an estimate and an appointment. The girl on the phone was very specific about the estimate and told me someone would call between 8a and 12 the day of my installation. The installer did exactly that , came, installed the opener-no questions asked, did a great, neat, efficient job. And the best part, the bill was not 1 cent more than what I was quoted. We were very, very pleased and are enjoying opening the door again with just the push of a button ! more
