Put in a nightime online service request- and first thing in the AM I was called to schedule an appt. Very professional- I think they even came the same day they called- because my garage door wouldn't stay shut (saftey issue). The service tech came out, parked in the street (so oil won't get on your driveway- just in case..) knew within about 15 seconds how to fix the door, and did just that! My door works better than ever... closes gently and I have peace of mind that it was all done by a professional! I would DEFINITELY reccomend them!
