Our garage door would not open. We called and they made a promise to call first thing Monday as we had Doctors appt, .in the afternoon. We rec'd a call At 8:11 that Danny was on his way. He was on time, very cordial and diagnosed and corrected our problem very quickly. I have told my friends to use Broten because The staff are very polite, considerate and have your interests first & foremost. Thank you Danielle & Danny. Excellent Service as Usual 7/7/2011

I have been a customer of Broten's for over 15 years, and their service and personnel have always been amazing. They have always given me the benefit of the doubt and insured my satisfaction. This last event, I had a garage door spring break, called for the service about 7:30 AM. By 9:30 AM, they had a service man at my home and had the repair completed before 11:00 AM. The service man also determined that my issue was covered by the warranty and I only was charged for the labor in replacing the spring. I give Broten's an A++++++, and highly recommend them to anyone. more

Great Service 7/2/2011

Our Garage door had broke so my husband called Broten. They showed up earlier than expected which was excellent. The technician was very polite and took care of the repair quickly. He also pointed out to me that our sensors had not been hooked up. (from previous company) He installed those as well which was good. We have small children and the way the door was before was a safety hazard. We would use Broten again. Thanks more

Made the process painless 6/25/2011

Just bought a foreclosure from Fannie Mae and the top panel of the garage door was broken. It was too old to be replaced, not being up to code. Broten got the permitting done quickly and the old door was taken down, and new one installed in 4 hours and all the garbage hauled away. Looks great works great, thanks. Chuck 104 more

They Always Come 6/20/2011

I agree with Wellswt: Broton is costly but they do a great job. They are always available to help. The workers are professional and complete. They recently changed my two opener batteries but charged me $100 for a regular service call anyway. But I can always count on them which in itself has value. more

Repair to Garage Door 6/19/2011

Our garage door springs broke and we could not get car out of garage. We called Broten and they were out asap to repair the springs and get us back to being able to use our garage in less than 24 hours. Great customer service. Recommend to all!!! more
