Breeze Salon & Day Spa

I dont know if they are run/preform any different than in Cedar park, but my experience there was terrible, and they resist any refund, which makes me wonder \r \r 1. Do they appreciate the customer/respect their preferences\r 2. Are so many customers disappointed that they aren't willing to compensate. \r \r experience was so poor I wrote Aveda. more

Alisa Beyer is the best hairdresser I have ever known!! She has done wonders with my hair!! I trust her with all my heart! I have had more complements on my hair and have referred several of my patients to her. On top of being a great hairdresser she is a wonderful person as well! I just Love Her!!!! Go See Her!!! I have been going to Breeze Salon in Wolf Ranch here in Georgetown for about 3 years. The people in the salon are always welcoming and genuine. My hair dresser Alisa does an awesome job. My hair is long and she takes the time necessary to color and style my hair just as I describe to her that I want. I had not used the Aveda products until I started going to Breeze and now that is all I will use. At my age, hair needs all the help it can get and I have received so many compliments on my hair which I never had before. It would be well worth your time to check out this salon and the Aveda products. more

I've been coming to Breeze for about a year and a half now after trying several salons in Georgetown and can definitely say that Breeze is the best!! I've been in for manicures, hair cuts and color and have always been very happy with the results. I've been with several different stylists, but my best experience has been with Alisa. I won't go to anyone else for my highlights and color now! I highly recommend Breeze to everyone, make an appointment if you haven't already!! more

I am the owner of the salon and I would like to respond to this review. First of all I believe this is completely false, as I feel this is a fraud review from an ex employee. Unfortunatley in the service industry especially the salon enviornment everyone is not a fit for the culture we posess. That being said the people that have been mentioned in this review are all managers, including Andrea. I do not see how myself the owner and three managers would have responded to any guest this way. I love what I do and take pride in my salons and never feel like I have to be there, I always want to be. The managers are truly caring people and want nothing but theguest to be happy. I am the one who receives ALL customer emails, and I have not received one email about this situation. I would also like to know where these formal complaints were sent to because I haven't received that either. If this is truly a client I have not received any messages, formal complaints, or emails, so please do email me so we can discuss this. I would be foolish to not appreciate what I have in my business and treat clients in such an improper manner. It is just not in my nature or the nature of my managers.Only caring people can work at Breeze. This way of doing business has earned us the title of one of the Top 200 salons in the nation for 4 years in a row. If this review is true we would not be where we are today.\r more

I've been to Breeze a few times and my experiences were always horrid. I eventually learned my lesson and started going to a different salon. The front desk girls are dumber than dirt and obviously have no experience working the front desk of a salon. I, also, had the privilege of meeting the owner of the salon. She was pushy and rude and I got the feeling that she didn't really enjoy being there. Talent wise, I'd say most of the stylists are good, my last experience, however, was a disaster. I was placed with Andrea and I told her exactly what I wanted, showed her a few pictures and I really don't think she heard one word I said. She ruined my hair and even though I was obviously upset when I left her chair she just acted like she didn't care. When I informed the front desk manager that I was not pleased she went and got the salon manager who made it pretty clear that it didn't really matter what I felt as long as they got their money. I've sent a few emails, made a few phone calls, and even filed formal complaints to the owner of Breeze and I have yet to hear a word from anyone. In my opinion, the owner doesn't know how to run a salon. They are money hungry and they overcharge for their mediocre work. I will NEVER go back and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows what a terrible salon Breeze is. more

I have walked in to this salon with the intention of booking an appointment but every time I go in, Iam met with super rude front desk girls. So you would think that after I had experienced rude people twice then I would never go back but it is super cute in there and I love Aveda! I just kept hoping my experience would change....like maybe they just had a couple of yuck people working there....WRONG....I went in again for a third tIme and AGAIN snooty rude girls!!! I have been a long-time customer at Breeze Salon and Day Spa. I have had the opportunity to experience several stylists. Unfortunately, many of my favorite stylists are no longer there. I had a couple of okay experiences, but I hadn't found MY stylist. I was fortunate enough to be paired with Laura H. It is a match made in heaven. I can't speak highly enough about Laura H! She is a fantastic colorist and stylist. If you are looking ... search no more. I recommend her. She has reaffirmed my loyalty to Breeze. She's a terrific talent ANYwhere - but especially in Georgetown! more

Today I went to a mom and pop salon, when I arrived they told me to come back in 30 minutes, so I did. Sitting in the chair, the so called stylist told me she could only cut or color but didn't have time for both. This was not mentioned when she told me to come back in 30 minutes. I jumped in the car and went straight to Breeze Salon & Day Spa in Georgetown. The minute I walked in I was greeted wonderfully by Taylor. She did all she could to accomodate me as a ""walk-in"" She was extremely professional and I actually loved and commented on her hair color, she even offered to call and get the formula for me!!! She is lovely. My stylist Laura H. is amazing, very friendly and professional. Truly an amazing talent, you can tell she loves people and her profession. She treated me so well, made great suggestions and my hair turned out so amazing. I love it and will always return to see Laura H. more

I've gone to Breeze for several years now. This last time I used a new stylist., as my previous one has left to work elsewhere. As we all know, a new stylist can be a hit or a miss. Well.......I am here to tell you Laura H. is a hit! I was her last appointment for the day, and she was as ever bit as energetic and focused on me as I could ever have hoped for.! She took the time to listen to what I wanted. And she delivered!!!!! I was 100% thrilled. She even stayed after closing ( and she had family at a restaurant a few doors down waiting) to make sure I understood how to style it. She even made me do it to see if I could! When I came home my husband said ""wow""!!!! And ditto for my coworkers. I've already had 2 people say they will visit her this summer. Thanks Laura!!!! You are the best!!!!! I have been going to Breeze for 2 years and always to the same hair dresser, (Deborah) and have never been dissapointed. Everyone is so nice and attentive. The shampoo tech (Jessica) is the best I have EVER had. My hair is so healthy and shines like it did when I was a teen. Every six weeks I get a partial highlight and hair cut, and an eyebrow wax while I'm processing. What a great salon!!! Pros: Excellent Customer Service Cons: Drive to Georgetown more

I always get my hair done by Mary Selena Melhado, because she is amazing! I consider myself to be pretty ""hip,"" but more on the conservative side for my hair. I usually get highlights/lowlights and a cut. Mary always knows the perfect 'do to keep me looking fresh. I always get compliments from people asking me where I got it done, even people asking me if I am a stylist because she shows me how to ""do"" my hair to keep it looking like I just got out of the salon. \r \r My favorite thing about Mary is that she usually has an new idea for me of something I like before I even get there. She goes the extra mile to make me feel that personal touch, and these days it can be rare to get such great customer service! Pros: Excellent Customer Experience all around 4 cut/color more

I have no complaints about the color and cut I received last month. I did take issue with the ""add-on"" you aren't asked if you want. ( at the shampoo station). Make sure you know the price before you start, or you might faint when you get the bill. The day I went, there was a very nice lady giving hand massages. Nice touch! I've gone in several times to purchase various products ( including candles) and they are always out. I wonder how much money they loose by not keeping the place well stocked. Just a bit frustrating, and bad business. Pros: do get a good cut/color Cons: never have products stocked in house more

I've been following Anna around for years, and she's just moved to Breeze. I've gotten my hair done by her for the past 5 years, and would never go to anyone else! She used to be at Salon JR, but thankfully she has moved -- Breeze is wonderful! The salons are tastefully decorated, the people are so nice and I like it there much better!\r \r Go see Anna at Breeze if you want a great color from a wonderful person. Anna has a great attitude, always smiling and ready for a laugh. She is a bright spot in anyone's day, and it just makes it better that she does a wonderful color job every time I go see her!! staff is very helpful and accomidating, never had a bad experience and I have been going to this salon for 3 years. I love Andrea she does great with my hair and the pedicures are the best ever. This is such a bad business, so disappointing.\r \r I was waiting for an appointment when a woman with a stroller came in to buy shampoo, the 3 blondes at the front desk were SO rude to her, to top it off, when the Mom was leaving the salon the girls started giggling because the Mom tried to push the door open with her back because of the stroller but the door was locked. (The other side of the door was unlocked, but neither door was marked.) None of the girls helped the woman, insteasd they obviously snickered and whispered to each other. When I realized what was going on I helped the woman get out the unlocked door, she looked so embarassed. \r \r After all this I went to a new stylist (my usual was out of town) when I was done she walked me up front and when one of the ""3 front blondes"" asked how much to charge me the stylist asked how much my usual person charges me, when the 3rd blonde said how much the sylist said ""charge her that same amount"". I thought that was odd and I asked how much the stylist usually charges and it was $15 less than what I was paying!! \r \r I will NEVER go to Breeze again, I would rather drive 20+ miles to Austin to get Aveda products and to a good business that deserves my money. \r Cons: Bad Service, High Prices, Rude People more
