I am the owner of the salon and I would like to respond to this review. First of all I believe this is completely false, as I feel this is a fraud review from an ex employee. Unfortunatley in the service industry especially the salon enviornment everyone is not a fit for the culture we posess. That being said the people that have been mentioned in this review are all managers, including Andrea. I do not see how myself the owner and three managers would have responded to any guest this way. I love what I do and take pride in my salons and never feel like I have to be there, I always want to be. The managers are truly caring people and want nothing but theguest to be happy. I am the one who receives ALL customer emails, and I have not received one email about this situation. I would also like to know where these formal complaints were sent to because I haven't received that either. If this is truly a client I have not received any messages, formal complaints, or emails, so please do email me so we can discuss this. I would be foolish to not appreciate what I have in my business and treat clients in such an improper manner. It is just not in my nature or the nature of my managers.Only caring people can work at Breeze. This way of doing business has earned us the title of one of the Top 200 salons in the nation for 4 years in a row. If this review is true we would not be where we are today.\r
