Review content:
I've been to Breeze a few times and my experiences were always horrid. I eventually learned my lesson and started going to a different salon. The front desk girls are dumber than dirt and obviously have no experience working the front desk of a salon. I, also, had the privilege of meeting the owner of the salon. She was pushy and rude and I got the feeling that she didn't really enjoy being there. Talent wise, I'd say most of the stylists are good, my last experience, however, was a disaster. I was placed with Andrea and I told her exactly what I wanted, showed her a few pictures and I really don't think she heard one word I said. She ruined my hair and even though I was obviously upset when I left her chair she just acted like she didn't care. When I informed the front desk manager that I was not pleased she went and got the salon manager who made it pretty clear that it didn't really matter what I felt as long as they got their money. I've sent a few emails, made a few phone calls, and even filed formal complaints to the owner of Breeze and I have yet to hear a word from anyone. In my opinion, the owner doesn't know how to run a salon. They are money hungry and they overcharge for their mediocre work. I will NEVER go back and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows what a terrible salon Breeze is.
