From the moment I walked in they were friendly, professional and easy to deal with. I brought my TV in at 11 o'clock and had a phone call that it was ready and working by 3 o'clock. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to fix the TV and the reasonable price for the repairs. I broke the screen on my 52"" lcd Samsung. I took the lcd to Nathan at Brandon TV. Nathan was the only shop I called that told me I had a fighting chance of repairing the tv at a third to a half of what I payed initially for the lcd. All the other shops I called said it would cost more to fix then it was worth and turned down the job. I had to wait 6 days but Nathan told me he would most likely have to order and he did just that. The job did cost me half the cost of the tv but was well worth it for 473.00 dollars. THE JOB CAME WITH A WARRANTY OF A YEAR. Thats just as long as buying a new tv when I checked in to the purchase of a new one. I am very satisfied to save the money and the picture looks FANTASTIC:) Great small business!! more

My Sony fifty two inch lcd had a weird picture. I called four shops and was told my power board or my panel was damaged. I chose Brandon TV because he was the only one whom made me comfortable with his explanation of the diagnostic process. I dropped my tv off on saturday morning. On monday Nathan called and let me know that the tv needed a common software update. The other shops never even mentioned this. I'm glad I didn't take my tv to the other shops I called. Brando Tv only charged me one hundred twenty dollars total. All of the 0ther shops had quoted me three hundred to five hundred dollars. Nathan was the only person who would not price the job until he had looked at the tv. I'm thankful that there are still some honest repair people around. I would recommend Brandon TV to every person who wants honest repair. more

I recently took my mitsubishi 73"" dlp to Nathan at Brandon TV and saved 480 dollars. I should start by telling you all that my wife recieved an estimate from another shop for a 1000 dollars for a light engine. I was flabber gasted and decided to call a phew shops. It was explained to me by Nathan that they are not modular technicians and that they could repair this unit at its compenent level. Apparently other shops use underqualified technicians who seem to know no more than myself. I was very happy to pay my 520 dollar bill and be able to keep my 4000 dollar mitsubishi. I think the picture was even better than it was before after Brandon TV provided there free cleaning and alignment with every repair. The set looks great and I can't thank Nathan and his crew at Brandon TV enough for the huge savings and three day turn-around. Great work and fair pricing!! more

I found this shop at Tvrepairman web site I have a new Quatron lcd 3D 55"" lcd and teco managed to burn out the unit during servicing the trees surrounding the teco lines outside my house. I called 6 shops and 3 didn't answer. Nathan at Brandon Tv was the most knowledgeable of the 3 three that did answer. They picked up my Tv the next day which was thursday and they had the tv back on saturday morning. They also handled all of the claim with teco for me. Nathan was very helpful and the price was a little over a third of what I payed for the unit the year before. I didn't know people were still fixing tvs but these people are and they do it well:)!!!!!! more

Sony sent a service technician from Sears to my home and they told me my lcd had a bad display and was not repairable. My unit is only 2 years old and I found it hard to believe my 3,800 dollar tv had just went up in smoke. Especially after paying sears 100 dollars to have a technician who knows nothing spend 15 min and tell me I'm up the river. So I called several repair centers and then talked to Nathan.I was fractionally skeptical about this service center because of the reviews I read. Yet when I called Nathan he seemed to be the most educated in his response to our tv folly. So I took my 60 inch sony lcd to them for repair. I then took my wife to the mall. I was astonished that I received a call with in 2 hrs of having even dropped the tv off. He told me it needed an ssb processor , whatever that is, and a transformer. I was out the door for under 500 dollars and Nathan had it delivered it for free when I explained what a hassle it was loading it with the neighbor. My tv looks fantastic for over a week now!!! I would tell any one looking for QUALITY SERVICE this is the home of quality service. Every person I dealt with including Nathan was very curtious. I guess more peolpe take time to complain then to compliment. Great service and a great price. I know where I will take all my electronics for repair. My husband and I took this our 55 inch TV to this back in May 2011. It is now October 2011 and our TV is still not fixed. We have called over the last 5 months and have been given the run around each time we called Finally we advised NATHAN we want the TV back in the condition in which we gave it to them. NATHAN says that our TV is in PEICES and it will take a full week just to put the TV back together. This place is a joke!!!! more

Took my watchable Samsung 40in DLP to them to remove the lines from the background in September. Was told by Nathan it would be 3-4 days for repair. Charged me $68.00 to leave it. That was the last time I saw my TV (it is now JULY). Called within the 4 days and was told the part was on back order, samsung fills all the warranty part orders first. Went by the store 6 times to check the status of the part. Called so much Nathan said not to call again and he would call me when the TV was ready. When I asked for the TV back, I received many excueses from... it would take days to reassemble, no one is here to look for it (and its not in my job description to look), to finally Nathan telling me ""it was unrepairable so we disposed of it"". Like I originally said, the TV was watchable. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE NOT HONEST. more

Filed complaint with BBB on 03/19/2011, I took my tv for repair and was very impressed when I got it back the next week. THEN...I realized that it WASN'T fixed at all (I paid $126.09 for the ""repair""). I took it back, and have been waiting for it ever since. Every time I call, he tells me that they are still waiting for parts (very nonchalantly) and that they will call me for status. I've never once received a call from them. Today was the latest call I made and he gave me same excuse and told me that it was ""that's the way the industry is"". I STRONGLY doubt that....needless to say I asked for a refund and my tv back (for a second time) and he refused...so I filed a complaint with BBB...this guy is ridiculous...you can't just treat people's property like that and think you can get away with it. I was trying to give them no stars, but wasn't able to....you are BETTER OFF throwing your TV in the trash then bringing it here. BBB Status - Business Never answered (see below). I brought my TV there and they fixed the TV???????????? When I got my TV back it was doing the same thing as before. When I questioned why I was told it also needed a 300.00 dollar extra part. I tried to find out why if it needs another 300.00 dollar part what did he fix before hand. Nathan decided to get all tecky on me and still made no sense. He was cought in a lie 3 or 4 times. This buisness is a JOKE. He is propbably running his Daddy's buisness into the ground and taking all of his customers money before he goes out of buisness. This shop really is a JOKE. While I was arguing with him 2 other customers pulled in with the same experience as me. Before I left they told me they were there to find out why the were being lied to also. more

I had gone to the ""geeks"" and they were unable to repair my 52"" tv. They actually referred me to this place! Well, two weeks later and they were right. My tv is working great and I just had to wait about a week for some part to be shipped. I was without my big tv for so long, I was happy to get it back. It was a lot cheaper to repair than I had expected! I was initially hesitant because of some of the bad reviews on here, but there were some great ones and I did trust the opinion of the ""geeks"" more so than other people's reviews. I had to come back to let everyone know about my experience. more

We bought a $2,000 Panasonic 52"" TV 2 years ago. Three months ago, the TV had ""overheated"" and did not work. We called Brandon TV Repair and they came and picked it up. They have had our 52"" Panasonic TV for 3 months now. They said the bill would be $500 to fix our TV. We pre-paid them with a check (which they cashed). After 2 weeks, they claim the part came in broken and had to request another one. We called at least once a week for the next 2 months and they gave us the same story ""we're waiting for the part"". After 2 months, they finally gave us a junker Vizio for a ""loaner"". After 3 weeks, that also died. Now they have our Panasonic, the cashed $500 check, and the loaner Vizio. Now they claim that we ""traded"" our Panasonic and they've already ""Scrapped it"". They claim the $500 was toward the Vizio. Now we have no TV, our $2,000 Panasonic is scrapped, and they cashed the check, and now the Vizio is broken (also in their shop to be ""fixed""). After calling them today to find out about the TV, the owner, Nathan, yelled at me and hung up on me and refuses to answer the phone or any more questions about either of the TV's. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't even want to rate them, they are so bad. BEWARE!!!!!! The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is definitely going to hear about this!!!!! more

Well let's see where to start on the unprofessional service I've received....The TV was dropped off with Nathan who advised he'd know what was wrong in about a day and a half. In good faith we paid an $85 nonrefundable deposit...we have never recieved a call from them since. We have had to call them several times over the past MONTH. They have no idea what's wrong, they have no idea when the part will be in, they have no idea who much it will cost. Our TV is in pieces so we can't even pick it up. Nathan's eldery employee talks over people, puts everything off on to Nathan, and is rude to say the least. I've contacted the BBB and every agency I can in an effort to get satisfaction. Take your repair business anywhere but there, the local preschool could do a better job, just don't take it to Nathan at Brandon TV and Elec!!! more

I'm 63 years old and like some people my age I fail to know how to use some of this new technology that's out there. I brought in my 42"" plasma and felt as if it were a gonner! I had sound but no picture. I called several shops and these folks were the only ones who sounded as if they understood what I was saying to them. Perhaps the other folks I called were just bad listeners. I brought in the plasma and payed a small deposit. To my surprise they called me back and said they could fix the set and have it back to me in two days. Nathan the manager even offered to have it delivered free of charge because of the difficulty I expressed to him about the moving of the plasma. I would recommend them to any one. Computer was hijacked with a worm and could not even get into safe mode. I see this place while driving to work everyday. Never thought to stop for computer repair because it said tv but decided to stop on way to work one day to see if they knew of someone local they would trust to do computer repair at a reasonable rate. I was advised they did repair computers. I was pleased when the manager said they could take care of for me. Called me by lunch and said it would be ready to pickup the next morning. Boy was I happy! Have not had any problems since I picked it up in June and it seems twice as fast as before I had it! Had to travel a little ways to get to this shop, but after being charged by a home visit tvrepairman to just look at the set and tell me it was an entire board that was needed, I thought to give these guys a shot. A friend had recommended but I did not want to travel that far. I wish I had made the trip earlier. They were able to fix the board instead of just replacing and saved me a lot of money. THANKS!!! I tried replacing the lamp in my dlp tv and to my dismay it wouldn't work. I had a major department store technician tell me it needed a ""light engine?""Brandon Tv picked the unit up from my house and by the end of the day determined it was my ""colorwheel"". They had the part in-stock and had my tv back to me the next day. My kids were so happy to get 'their"" big tv back. One day and already the 25"" from my bedroom was on every ones nerves. Thanks for the great service Nathan. I couldn't entertain the kids any longer. You guys saved the day. Maybe even the summer stay-cation. Pros: Fast and curtious. more

i took my 50 inch pioneer plasma into brandon t.v. after another local repair shop said the display was bad. in three days i was contacted back and was quoted for a few small parts. the display didnt need replacement and the repair costed a third of what the other shop wanted to charge me. An old TV repair shop with old repair shop values. I dropped off my Large, 200+ pounds, TV. They helped me unload it. I had no idea what was wrong with it. In less than 24 hours I was called by the shop owner and to my surprise the repair cost was much less than I figured that it would cost. It was ready for pick up 24 hours later. This time the shop loaded the TV for me. The shop may not be pretty but the service was quick and friendly. If I have any further TV issues, I will be returning to this shop. Pros: Service was completed in less than 24hours. Cons: Didn't get a work out with them lifting my tv:) more
