Review content:
Took my watchable Samsung 40in DLP to them to remove the lines from the background in September. Was told by Nathan it would be 3-4 days for repair. Charged me $68.00 to leave it. That was the last time I saw my TV (it is now JULY). Called within the 4 days and was told the part was on back order, samsung fills all the warranty part orders first. Went by the store 6 times to check the status of the part. Called so much Nathan said not to call again and he would call me when the TV was ready. When I asked for the TV back, I received many excueses from... it would take days to reassemble, no one is here to look for it (and its not in my job description to look), to finally Nathan telling me ""it was unrepairable so we disposed of it"". Like I originally said, the TV was watchable. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE NOT HONEST.
