I'm 63 years old and like some people my age I fail to know how to use some of this new technology that's out there. I brought in my 42"" plasma and felt as if it were a gonner! I had sound but no picture. I called several shops and these folks were the only ones who sounded as if they understood what I was saying to them. Perhaps the other folks I called were just bad listeners. I brought in the plasma and payed a small deposit. To my surprise they called me back and said they could fix the set and have it back to me in two days. Nathan the manager even offered to have it delivered free of charge because of the difficulty I expressed to him about the moving of the plasma. I would recommend them to any one. Great price and and great service. THAN YOU BRANDON TV. :)
