Filed complaint with BBB
on 03/19/2011, I took my tv for repair and was very impressed when I got it back the next week. THEN...I realized that it WASN'T fixed at all (I paid $126.09 for the ""repair"").
I took it back, and have been waiting for it ever since. Every time I call, he tells me that they are still waiting for parts (very nonchalantly) and that they will call me for status. I've never once received a call from them.
Today was the latest call I made and he gave me same excuse and told me that it was ""that's the way the industry is"". I STRONGLY doubt that....needless to say I asked for a refund and my tv back (for a second time) and he refused...so I filed a complaint with BBB...this guy is ridiculous...you can't just treat people's property like that and think you can get away with it.
I was trying to give them no stars, but wasn't able to....you are BETTER OFF throwing your TV in the trash then bringing it here.
BBB Status - Business Never answered (see below). By the way THEY STILL HAVE MY FREAKIN' TV!!!!!!!!!
