Well let's see where to start on the unprofessional service I've received....The TV was dropped off with Nathan who advised he'd know what was wrong in about a day and a half. In good faith we paid an $85 nonrefundable deposit...we have never recieved a call from them since. We have had to call them several times over the past MONTH. They have no idea what's wrong, they have no idea when the part will be in, they have no idea who much it will cost. Our TV is in pieces so we can't even pick it up. Nathan's eldery employee talks over people, puts everything off on to Nathan, and is rude to say the least. I've contacted the BBB and every agency I can in an effort to get satisfaction. Take your repair business anywhere but there, the local preschool could do a better job, just don't take it to Nathan at Brandon TV and Elec!!!
