Muestran mala actitud para con la gente Hispana!!!! 4/7/2011

En este lugar solo atienden con sonrisas y buena actitud a la gente Caucasea ( blanca ) a la gente Hispana nos atienden como si les pidieramos limosna.\r Esto se nota y se les ve desde la Recepcionista hasta los vendedores y al dueño que es un Cabeza Rapada /\r Amigos Hispanos y sobre todo los Mexicanos no compremos en este lugar. \r Solo ponen la Bandera de Mexico para engancharnos pero la verdld la actitud los delata.\r Hay otros distribuidores VW donde podemos comprar!\r Seria bueno que los noticieros Hispanos de Dallas hicieran un reportaje y mostraran el maltrato que se les da a los Hispanos en este negocio! more

Timely manner! 3/24/2011

I was treated in a professional manner. I liked that I was in and out in a timely manner I was told an hour and half and it took just about that time to get me in out. Thanks you! more

The Best 3/16/2011

This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with dealership service. Jesse Salas and the service department exceeded just about all of my expectations (which were admittedly pretty low from experiences with other dealerships service departments). They did everything right and then Jesse even helped take care of my rental car even after I used a different rental location than the dealership’s preferred location. The technician’s noted were impressively thorough and well-written. I will definitely be coming back to Lewisville VW to service my VW in the future. more

Easy 3/10/2011

I went in to Schedule an appointment to replace my catalytic converter on a Saturday afternoon, and within an hour and a half they had not only checked my car and scheduled an appointment, but replaced the converter and made sure my car was running fine. This is the best experience I have had yet at any car dealership in my lifetime. Thank you VW! more

I went in to Schedule an appointment to replace my catalytic converter on a Saturday afternoon, and within an hour and a half they had not only checked my car and scheduled an appointment, but replaced the converter and made sure my car was running fine. This is the best experience I have had yet at any car dealership in my lifetime. Thank you VW! more

Problem solved. 1/18/2011

I was impressed that my service advisor and the mechanic took the time to ride in the vehicle with me for a few minutes so I could show them what I was hearing. They were able to diagnose fix it after that. more
