We have utilized this service department many times for both warranty work and for paid service. A few times they will get it right, like for simple oil changes, but any major work we have had performed always had things wrong. Headlights were not connected on one major service to a Passat, resulting in my wife's car almost having an accident at night. Super high repair bills are quoted for work that should be covered under warranty. They can't seem to keep good records of their own service to your car. The sales department does not communicate well with the service department. When you call to speak to someone to solve a problem, they are almost never available, and they do not return phone calls in a timely manner. In short, we really wish there was a good VW dealership in North Texas, but sadly, we have spoken with many people who have had similar poor sales and/or service experiences with them over the years. more
