Arrived on a Saturday with unscheduled service. My car issue was handled promptly and professionally. Drove away an hour later fully satisfied. Great Service Department. more

The guys did a great job overall. The place is very clean and organized. I got to meet a service manager and set up my first appointment. I am impressed with the service departments hours of operations. I also thought my lead sales manager really knew the vehicle I was looking at inside and out. He offered to spend as much time as I needed to walk through the car's software/entertainment/nav systems. He also called me up the next day and made sure everything was OK and offered any help he could over the phone if I needed it. Overall I left feeling like I could drop back in and those guys would answer any questions I had. The test drive was great and I was allowed to do whatever I wanted with the car without having to go through some lengthy process or being held hostage (which some dealerships do). more

Kevin handled my problem quickly. A headlight that had been replaced 5 months earlier was out again. He fixed it at their cost due to a bad bulb. Not a question to me!! Very professional and I felt I could trust him. I have always had great service here, but my experience on Saturday confirmed that I am using the right service department. Great job!!! more
