I went in to Schedule an appointment to replace my catalytic converter on a Saturday afternoon, and within an hour and a half they had not only checked my car and scheduled an appointment, but replaced the converter and made sure my car was running fine. This is the best experience I have had yet at any car dealership in my lifetime. Thank you VW!
