The guys did a great job overall. The place is very clean and organized. I got to meet a service manager and set up my first appointment. I am impressed with the service departments hours of operations. I also thought my lead sales manager really knew the vehicle I was looking at inside and out. He offered to spend as much time as I needed to walk through the car's software/entertainment/nav systems. He also called me up the next day and made sure everything was OK and offered any help he could over the phone if I needed it. Overall I left feeling like I could drop back in and those guys would answer any questions I had. The test drive was great and I was allowed to do whatever I wanted with the car without having to go through some lengthy process or being held hostage (which some dealerships do).
