We had a wonderful experience at Bob Smith Toyota and were treated like family. I've had horrible experiences with other dealerships where I felt as though I was ripped off but was impressed as soon as I walked in to Bob Smith Toyota. They were helpful and not at all pushy. Larry and Jason bent over backwards to help us with what we wanted. I will definitely buy a car from Bob Smith Toyota again. more

We had a great experience working with Fausto Gonzalez. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. We especially enjoyed his non-pressure attitude. He approached us as a friend not a salesman. Everything went very smoothly. He answered our questions and gave us the proper information to make a great purchase on a new Toyota Camry. It was the deep grey we wanted with all electronic components we wanted. Thanks for making it easy! more

I bought from Bob Smith Toyota because they were highly recommended from a friend. I stopped by to check their inventory and was pleased with their amazing customer service. They were polite and courteous. I hope to do business with them again in the future. They were incredible from beginning to end. They took the time to do it right the first time. Simply put, Bob Smith Toyota is the best! From sales to Finance to service they make me personally feel special and important. But most importantly Haik took his time, followed up with me for 7 years form when we first purchased with them. That to me is 100 % customer service. I can honestly say I am glad to buy my second truck from Haik and the Bob Smith Team. I will continue my happy business with them locally more

Haik is great 10/10/2012

I came into the dealership just looking not ready to buy & was greeted by Hail Ketsoyan. He was friendly, not pushy at all, and very smart with all features of their product line. I was not ready to buy and he built a relationship with me. Over the months we would communicate via email and I finally decided to purchase a Tacoma. Hail again was no pressure and he was able to provide me with an excellent deal. I have been too many dealerships over the past couple of months and have to say my experience with Bob Smith was by far the best. more

My girlfriend and I were treated with respect. That impressed us, our salesman Jesse answered all our questions with honesty. He was very up to date on all cars and features they each had. Since we are in Glendale we couldn’t be happier with the location not too far for service. We are now proud owners of a 2012 Toyota Prius. more

Kevin and Fausto 9/17/2012

I had a 2004 Toyota Sienna that I LOVED! It was totaled 2 ½ weeks ago in an accident and the only thing that was on my mind was replacing it with the Sienna. I loved how it drove, the room it had, it went on many road trips. Kevin from Service had been our service guy for years know. I felt loyal to Bob Smith; I was always greeted whether service or sales. They are very respectful I would recommend anyone to Bob Smith Toyota to anyone. more

Referral & relatives & felt very good about working with Jarvis who took a low-key, soft-sell approach, providing helpful information and allowing us room to make the decisions we needed to. All in all very pleasant car buying experience. Glad to do business with Toyota. more

This Denali was at an amazing price. I called up and I was invited down. A little nervous because it was around 100 miles. Hate to drive far and not buy anything. However the salesman Jarvis was great. This ended up to be the easiest purchase I have EVER had. I usually leave dealers ships with migraines, at Bob Smith that wasn’t the case. I plan to refer all friends and family to them. I am a forever customer. more

I found Bob Smith on Cars.com researching vehicles I was interested in. They had the right car, right price. So we came to check it out. Jarvis and Justin were great and helpful over the phone and even texted me the best directions. Outstanding customer service if you ask me. We loved how clean the car was and how they presented their selves and the dealership. Justin was even working hard on his birthday! Happy birthday Justin! more

I went around to many Toyota dealers and the service was normal. To my surprise this dealership was the BEST in service. All the sales people are friendly and beyond helpful. Haik is the BEST salesperson. He made the impossible, possible! Always a great smile. Justin was great as well friendly and helpful. Great Deal 7/29/2012

We looked around for a good deal and everywhere we went just didn’t have the deals we were looking for or just didn’t have a good enough selection. We happened to stop by Bob Smith Toyota and they had everything we were looking for. The staff were super nice and the salesmen were not pushy or forceful at all, this was very nice. They helped us get exactly what we wanted and we are very happy. BIG Thanks to the delivery person who took the time to show me everything in the car and how to use it. more

As an employee in the service department I get to see trade-ins early. My coworkers were very helpful in advising me to Jarvis. Jarvis went out of his way to help me with the sale, including driving that car to my house so my family could take the time to test drive the car in my neighborhood. I especially appreciate the short amount of time it took him to get everything done. more

I was looking for a car a Scion to be exact. My friend Niko had purchased from Bob Smith Toyota and referred me to Julia C. Pearl. She was great detail oriented knew exactly what I need down in order to purchase. With no hesitation I knew I was going to purchase from her. She was honest and understanding. My wife and I looked all over for a trustworthy dealer. We read reviews and got word of mouth referrals. We ever looked a few up on the BBB website to ensure our best future outcome. After all our research the best one without a doubt was Bob Smith Toyota. When we arrived there for the first time everyone was so accommodating and friendly. No one was pushy or over aggressive. They helped us pick out the best car for the price we could afford, and the icing on the cake was they gave us book value for our trade in. Im very happy with everyone and all the staff at Bob Smith Toyota. more

Why did I purchase from Bob Smith? Because I wanted to lease a new Prius and Bob Smith is the closest dealer to my home. I have been coming here for service with my previous Toyota and have been happy with my service experience. I think I received a good deal on my lease turn in and new lease as well. I wanted to give Justin some business because he has helped me in the past and that deserves recognition. I personally think they are a great dealer and Justin & Brandon are great assets more

Coming to Bob Smith Toyota was a great experience. The shopping process was great and my salesmen was never pushy. The fiancé was painless and easy and they explained everything. When they delivered my new car they showed me how to use all the new features and set up the car personally for me. Im very happy with my service and will recommend them to everyone. more
